Kitchen:
This kitchen has been recently renovated with custom cabinetry, countertops & all new appliances. Large kitchen island with pull out double garbage drawer - 3 stools for seating around the island. The kitchen has cookware, baking pans, toaster, cutting boards, utensils, knives, coffee maker, wine/bottle opener & oven mitts. Dish soap & hand soap at kitchen sink. Coffee grounds provided, salt/pepper, olive oil, sugar & tea. Light switches have dimmers.

Living room:
Smart TV with Midco TV channels. Oversized living room has high-end furniture, rug & statement lighting. Two large windows allow for natural light to enter the space. Light switch has dimmer.

Desk area:
Dedicated desk area in living room with chair, table light, desk pad & an outlet close by for charging your devices. Perfect place if you're working remotely.

Bathroom:
Hand soap, shampoo, conditioner & body soap provided. Spa-like bathroom with large vanity & lots of countertop space. Four hooks for towels.

Dining table: seating for 5 around this circular dining table. Bring the desk chair over for seating for 6.

Laundry: Washer & dryer available at no charge. We do provide one laundry detergent at check in.

Parking: We have 1 reserved spot for you in the Old Town private parking lot; located at 33 S 3rd St, Grand Forks, ND 58201. Just north of our property. Walk out of the Airbnb, turn right & head north. Cross S 3rd St & you’ll see the parking lot. There’s parking spots labeled “Pretty B clothing boutique.” Park in the two spots farthest east. This is a one minute walk. These are reserved for you over night, 7pm-9am. Your vehicle must be moved by 9am. There are also two parking ramps within in a two minute walk. Corporate Center ramp, 55 S 5th St, Grand Forks, ND 58201 & County Ramp 300 Bruce Ave, Grand Forks, ND 58201.

Street parking is 2 hour parking Mon-Friday, 7am-5pm. No time limit after 5pm & weekends. Exception: no parking on Kittson Ave overnight from 1-6am Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday.

Hugo's grocery store - 500 Demers Ave. .3 miles away.
