This was our second time at this place and enjoyed it very much. The place was very clean and had comfortable beds and a new couch with pull out bed. Convenient to many dining options and a short ride to the beach or walk out to the pier.

We were happy with the location and overall had a good experience. The place needs a good deep clean and some TLC (loose/exposed light switches, heavily stained carpet, sink didn’t drain correctly). We felt safe in our location and enjoyed the fountain at night (our young kids were even able to sleep through it two of the nights)

Wonderful downtown location. Walkable to Farmers market Marina restaurants shops. Our kids loved watching the music fountain off the balcony!

Fall Fun

Our family enjoys Grand Haven in the fall. This is our 5th year at the penthouse. The view and the location are both great! There's plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy the weekend!

Great location!

Our family had a great time on our recent stay as its a great location! Only downfall is lots of stairs but totally worth it for the beautiful view from top floor. Would certainly stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a great location with incredible view of the musical fountain!

Wedding Week

We were in town for my son’s wedding. This location was so close to everything. We were nice and centrally located. The penthouse is beautiful and has so much room and beautiful views from the third floor windows and balcony.

Amazing stay at the super penthouse in Grand Haven

This was our second visit to the super penthouse. Great location near Grand Haven’s downtown and across from the musical fountain. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a relaxing weekend in Grand Haven.

Awesome property

This property is wonderful due to its characteristic design. All three floors had their unique flavor that make staying there a wonderful experience. Blake was a awesome host that directed us where we needed to go. All of us also enjoyed the walk way just outside of our door that took us over to Portabellos that kept us warm and dry for dinner, very nice.

New Year 2023

This was our 2nd year at the penthouse for New Years. Perfect location. We really didn't need to leave the condo but had to venture out to the local bars. Great spot to watch football and fireworks.

The perfect location

there is a reason we keep returning to the penthouse. You can park the car and not even use it if you choose. The view is spectacular! So much fun sitting on the balcony, watching the musical fountain. Definitely would recommend staying there

Great time in Grand Haven!

Lovely, central place to stay when visiting Grand Haven. Great view of the musical fountain. The accommodations were good. The top floor is gorgeous with lots of light and great views! We got a good workout climbing the stairs. Thank you!

Great place and location

This was a great place to stay with plenty of room for 6 adults and 1 infant. The beds were comfortable and having 2 &1/2 baths was very convenient. 2 kitchens was also good for the people on the 1st floor to have snacks at night. The location was ideal for walking to all the downtown restaurants and the top floor balcony gave a beautiful view around the city, up to the YMCA sand dune hill and the nightly musical fountain show.

Rooms with a View

Great condo for multiple guests, with three floors. Views of downtown Grand Haven and the Grand River out to the lake are really lovely. Just make sure you don't mind climbing stairs.
