Fantastisk och rymlig, uppdaterad lägenhet med 2 sovrum

Charmig, rymlig lägenhet med 2 sovrum och ett badrum, nyligen ombyggda. Under vintermånaderna kommer du att uppskatta eldstaden. Denna enhet har parkering av ytterdörrar. Det har en egen ingång och ligger på andra våningen. Andelslägenhet har öppet koncept vardagsrum / matsal / kök, och har atmosfären av en vedeldad eldstad. En 54-tums TV inkluderar DVD-spelare, kabel-TV och Roku också. TV: er finns också i vart och ett av de två sovrummen.

Detta är beläget kvarter från Hwy 281 bekvämt till närliggande köpcentrum / shopping, sjukhus, medicinska kontor, skolor, flygplats och restauranger. Det är också bara några minuter från vårt charmiga centrum som har många fantastiska butiker, restauranger, barer och vår historiska Grand biograf. Praktiskt också till State Fair-grunderna, Husker Harvest Days och Crane Trust Nature & Visitor Center.

Home away from home

Definitely a home away from home while in Grand Island for a sporting event. Close to shopping for essentials that cropped up during the week and a myriad of food options. It was so nice to relax on a couch or eat take home at a table at the end of a busy day. And the quiet…to have down time in peace and quiet was restorative. Do note that this is a condo and everyone in your party should be able to climb a set of stairs. Neighbors were friendly and neighborhood safe. Host was easy to communicate with and just a lovely person. We will definitely check availability for this property when back in the area.

Great place to stay

We had a wonderful stay and the owner was super friendly and responsive to any and all questions to include making sure that I had my favorite type of coffee on hand. We also very much liked the area and local amenities near our location.

We just needed a place to sleep while attending the National Jr Hereford Expo at the State Fairgrounds. The communication with the property manager was excellent and we have no complaints. We were pleasantly surprised that there was a bathtub although it was not listed on the amenities.

Great stay!

We stayed here durning the Angus junior national. Place was immaculate. Very nice property. The hostess was very accommodating. If you are showing cattle, it’s nice to have a comfortable plane where you can cook some of your meals and relax a little. I highly recommend

Wonderful condo in Grand Island

We really enjoyed this sweet condo for 3 nights! As soon as we walked up the stairs, I felt happy, relaxed and comfortable. Spotlessly clean, very nice furnishings, great instructions from the sweet lady who owns this little jewel. Everything we needed was available and more. 2022 State Fair

Finding the right condo was slightly challenging. The condo # is different than the address. Although the address is correct I could not find the condo number in the listing, which made finding it a bit difficult to make sure it was the right one.

Perfect place to stay
