Bourbon Bay
Completed in 2025, Bourbon Bay is a luxurious beachfront home featuring 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 20 guests. The spacious open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area is perfect for gathering after a day on the beach, while large windows showcase spectacular Gulf views. The home is equipped with Wi-Fi, Smart TVs throughout, and a fully equipped kitchen with both a regular coffee maker and a Keurig.

Step outside to your own private resort-style retreat. Cool off in the private pool, unwind on the covered or uncovered decks, watch breathtaking sunrises over the Gulf, or gather around the fire pit in the evening. Enjoy friendly competition with cornhole or prepare meals in the fully equipped outdoor kitchen featuring a stove, refrigerator, propane BBQ grill, prep space, and a large on-site ice machine.

Fishing enthusiasts will appreciate the fish cleaning station, boiling equipment with propane tank (propane must be refilled by the guest), and the enclosed outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day on the water.

Whiskey Lullaby
Located right next door, Whiskey Lullaby is a beautifully designed 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom coastal cottage that comfortably sleeps up to 13 guests. Thoughtfully decorated with touches inspired by Grand Isle's history and charm, the home offers beautiful Gulf views from the front and peaceful bay views from the rear bedrooms, creating the perfect place to relax and recharge.

Designed with families in mind, Whiskey Lullaby features a private hot tub, an arcade machine with 10 classic games, and a collection of board games located in the living room closet. Outside, there's plenty of room for kids to play, and the fire pit is perfect for roasting hot dogs, making s'mores, and spending evenings together under the stars.

Shared Resort Amenities
Guests staying at either home enjoy access to a shared recreation area featuring a full-size pickleball court, shuffleboard court, and sand volleyball court, providing fun for all ages throughout your stay.

To make beach days even easier, we also offer a side-by-side UTV rental, perfect for transporting coolers, beach chairs, fishing gear, and all of your vacation essentials. The UTV can be reserved during the booking process or by contacting us before your arrival.
