“Mark and Tracy and their grandson were the nicest people you'd ever want to meet. Tracy is a wonderful cook. Served us two 5 star breakfasts we couldn't stop talking about!”

“The staff were extremely helpful, the food delicious, and the grounds and amenities were first-rate. Like many Victorian-era buildings, this one shows a little wear on the exterior. Other than that, a delightful stay.”

“It was close to all the stores and shops. We especially enjoyed the porch and comfortable chairs. It was fun to talk to other guests and find out about them. Parking was very close and a great help when loading the car and unloading.”

“We intended to stay one night, but after a few minutes we decided to extend our stay. All rooms are individually decorated, and it is like staying in a “dollhouse” in the most positive sense. Ginger took well care of us. All guest has an excellent breakfast together at 09:00, which give you the opportunity to meet new people. “We loved the beautiful house of the bed & breakfast- have never stayed in one before. Lake view and walkable to many shops and restaurants. We drove mostly due to the heat wave we had. Nice breakfast every morning. One day the owner was sick and we had to fend for ourself but she gave everybody a 50$ credit on our stay. We have not received yet, but just checked out. Overall the rooms were very nice and area quiet.”

“Nadia, the innkeeper, was amazing. Her breakfasts were incredible - homemade quiche that was different each day or eggs any way you like them, homemade baked goods, yogurt with toppings, and fresh fruit. She had wonderful suggestions for things to do and places to eat. The rooms themselves were quite nice. The property is an easy 10 minutes walk to downtown. We will be back again!”

“The room was small, but clean. The property is lovely with chickens roaming around, cats sunning and chief Tim picking fresh herbs to use for your homemade eggs and Belgian waffle breakfast. If we get a chance to come back I want to do the wine tasting and bonfire.”

“There is no lake view in a room that said it was lake view. It was clean. The king-size bed was beyond terrible. It was like 2 twins pushed together with a very lumpy mattress topper. No closet. Very tiny room. The hand sink was in the bedroom. The house was built in 1883, if it had been haunted it might have been worth the $250. It was neither haunted or worth the $250. ”
