Detta tre sovrum, tre badrum hus är familjevänligt och ligger på en bluff, känd som "kanten", med utsikt över hela Grand Valley. Den har solenergi och kylluft för att hålla dig sval under sommarmånaderna. Njut av utsikten över Colorado River, Grand Mesa, Mount Garfield och hela vägen till Utahs gräns. Solnedgångar på bakre däck kommer inte att göra dig besviken!

Detta hus är en löpare (alla på en nivå) med ett rymligt vardagsrum och två matplatser. Det ligger i ett lugnt område med enkel åtkomst till Riverfront Trail nedan. Det är 0,2 mil till cykelvägen som ansluter till Fruita / Palisade / Downtown Grand Junction och till terrängcykling i världsklass! Detta hus har utsikt över Connected Lakes State Park, som är lätt att gå eller cykla till. Två cyklar ingår också i hyra av huset.

The house was wonderful and the view was exceptional. Couldn’t ask for anything more. This was a great place for 2 couples traveling to see Colorado. Great location for day trips around the western part of Colorado and Moab Utah

Had an excellent stay!!

This property was everything advertised. The space was perfect for our group of seven people. The view off the back patio is breathtaking! It was a very relaxing time and we will look to rent again in the future!

Great location with a nice view and ample room for larger groups!

6 of us were in town to attend a concert. Only a 12 minute Uber ride to downtown. House and yard is nicer and more spacious than it appears in photos! Fantastic place to stay!

Beautiful roomy house, quiet neighborhood, stunning views

Large house with plenty of room for 3 couples or extended family. Overlooks the river and Book Cliffs with stunning morning and evening views from the large windows and patio. Fully equipped kitchen, everything clean throughout the house. Perfect location for a getaway, very close to hiking, biking, exploring the many outdoor opportunities that Grand Junction provides.

Grand Jct Family Reunion

We enjoyed the comfort, cleanliness and Colorado River Valley views of this home during our four night stay. After our two day drive from the Midwest, this home exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the patio and the privacy of the large yard. We would like to return to this home in the future. Thank you for sharing this

The house is beautiful and very clean but there’s a shortage of towels and washcloths. If you have a family and plan to stay more than than 1 night figure on washing towels and washcloths every day so you have enough.

Perfect location for exploring the area

I have so many positive things to say about this rental that I don't even know where to start. First, the view--looking out at the Little Book Cliffs and the Grand Mesa and the Colorado River Valley and the city itself in the valley. . .I could never get bored with that. The view changes minute by minute as the clouds roll through. Spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Also, the neighborhood is extremely quiet, which is important. The house is huge. . .it was actually the type of floorplan where you can get lost. I was traveling with two friends, and we each had our own bathroom and bedroom, which was fantastic. The kitchen was stocked enough with utensils and pots and pans so we made a couple of gourmet meals. Everything was super clean, the beds were comfortable, the wifi was strong and reliable. The owners are very responsive to questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Great house; ideal base for Grand Junction

We had two couples staying here for a week as we explored Grand Junction and the surrounding area. The photos don’t do the place justice. The house is in very good shape and it has a LOT of space. Of course, our favorite space was the patio and backyard, which overlooks the Colorado River and the adjacent state park, the city of Grand Junction and the Little Book Cliffs as a background. That was where we spent most evenings following a day of hiking. The house was clean and well stocked. Check-in and check-out procedures were minimal and easy to complete. The location is very convenient to the Colorado National Monument, grocery stores, restaurants, breweries, and wineries (there were many to choose from!); all were within a 15-minute drive or less. Several great hiking trails within 30 minutes, Grand Mesa was a little over an hour away and it was a 90-minute drive to the Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park, so a lot of outdoor options to explore that are close by. The wifi worked great. All appliances in the kitchen and laundry room were in fine condition. Overall it was perfect for our needs. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Grand Junction.

Spacious with fantastic views and location!

We were visiting Grand Junction for our son’s wedding. This property was very spacious with everything needed to accommodate our family, including 6 adults and 2 grandchildren. The backyard and patio offer stunning sunsets and a great outdoor patio area. The location is fabulous, centrally located just minutes to downtown, the National Monument and close to Palisade wineries! Fran and John were fantastic hosts! Their home helped to make our trip perfect!

We enjoyed our stay. The home is very nice with large bedrooms, comfortable beds, and nice bathrooms. The location is great as well: it looks over the valley and it is easy to get to the local attractions from there.

Perfect location and beautiful views!

We went to Grand Junction for a large family get-together to celebrate several milestone birthdays. Much fun, laughter & memories were made! Five of us stayed in this VRBO and we loved the quietness, the views, big spaciousness of the home & property. Much time was spent sitting on the back patio enjoying morning coffee, eating dinner, watching the summer storms come in, playing games on the back porch, and kids playing in the huge back yard. The views from the backyard and while sitting indoors were SO beautiful!! All the amenities that were needed were in the home, and to have 3 bathrooms was perfect. The owner, John, was very kind, helpful and communicative. We highly recommend this VRBO and we would love to stay here again when we go back to Colorado.

Great Property

Best VRBO property ever!

I cannot say enough good things about this home. It is so spacious. It was clean. The bathrooms are very nice. The bedrooms are huge. The HVAC system whole house air filtration system makes the home smells clean and fresh and if you have allergies, you will sleep so much better in this house. The back porch view is spectacular! Best VRBO stay I’ve ever booked!

Wonderful Weekend

Three generations of our family went to attend a wedding in Grand Junction. Stayed at this beautiful home as our base for the weekend of activities.
