Beautiful Views!
We loved the condo - it was perfect for our group of 4 friends. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were so comfortable and the hot tub was great! The owner provided us with a ton of information about the area. We had such a great time! Thanks!

Spring break
We had a wonderful stay. The rental is conveniently located close to the beautiful town of Grand Lake which we love. We had plenty of space and everything was just as described. We had no issues, communication with the host was easy, we hated to leave. Hope to stay again!!!

The Lakeside Paradise
This place is truly a paradise. I would recommend to everyone. Place was clean and tastefully decorated. Had all the kitchen supplies needed to cook our meals. The view was spectacular! Especially the sunrises!!! We will be back next winter and might even come around for summer.

Beacon’s Landing Condominium and Marina
Friends and I decided on the condo since it had 3 bedrooms. We were very pleased with location to lake Granby and the town of Grand Lake. The place was very clean, beds were comfortable and the views!! WOW!! We are already planning on trying to book for next year’s 3 lakes fishing contest.

Great place to stay
We Stayed here for a little fishing trip and we are glad we did. Definitely would stay here again. The place was clean and comfy. Communication with the host was a breeze. Plus the Location was right on the lake so I was able to ride my snowmobile right on to it from the townhome!

Would stay again….
Everything was great! Had a slight issue with the smoke and carbon monoxide detectors going off upon arrival but Maureen sent maintenance guy right over. No issues after that. Great location, would love to see in the summer. Family had a great week skiing, snowmobiling, and sledding! Board games were a hit on our rest day. Appreciated the hangers that were available in every closet. The desk came in handy in the master bedroom (upstairs, quiet, away from everything) as we had to take some calls for work one day. Hope to come back soon!

Great location for winter sports
Skiing, Snowmobiling, and sledding were all great! I would recommend renting your skis before you leave home as you will save a bundle. The sleigh ride at the ranch at the entrance to RMNP is way overpriced for what it is. The shopping in Grand Lake is always fun.

Beautiful!
We had a blast staying on Granby Lake! The weather was beautiful, awesome view, and really enjoyed the home. Comfortable beds, spacious, loved the decks on all levels, and hot tub was wonderful! I highly recommend staying here!!! An issue I will mention that needs some improvement is the TV situation. DirecTV was not available on all the TVs and really the only one we got it working on one time was the living room TV. But in addition, the TV situation (all the apps/Roku, etc.) could be very challenging for anyone that isn't tech-savvy, is elderly, or visually impaired. Luckily we weren't there to watch TV. And I will warn about the stairs - there are many and they are steep. So please make sure you're able to handle stairs! Everything went great and you will not be disappointed if you book this rental!!

Hi Annika - So glad you enjoyed the views, comfy beds and the hot tub!! Thanks again for letting me know about the DirectTV issue - it is all fixed now with 2 new remotes for the lower level bedroom TV's that were not working properly for DirecTV but now work great!

Amazing Location
We traveled for my sons graduation gift. He chose the lake so we wanted something with access. We were right along the shore next to the marina. Quick access to RMNP and Grand Lake. Breathtaking views. Unit was just as described.

2023 Rocky Mountain Grand Lake Family Vacation
The Townhouse/Condo was perfect for our Vacation plans. It is on Granby Lake which is the second biggest lake in Colorado and only 5 miles and 8 minutes from Grand Lake, CO. Fantastic Master Bedroom on top floor with a deck overlooking the lake. Fully equipped Kitchen, Grill on second floor deck overlooking the lake. Hot Tub on back patio. Comfortable beds in the 3 bedrooms and pull out couch for 2 in living room. We had 6 people which was perfect for this residence/rental! Property manager is full of useful information and very quick with all responses.

Our stay at Serene Lakeviews on Granby was nothing but amazing! The pictures are very accurate and I was very thankful for that. The marina/lake was right in front so we were able to go right outside and fish, play horseshoe and play to throw football in the yard. The hot tub was right on the property, the key was easily accessible, the townhome was clean. I was able to rent a boat right next door and check in right next door to the townhome. I would definitely go back! Thank you!

Townhouse Lake Granby, Co
Spacious three story townhouse with a beautiful view of Lake Granby, next to the marina where we rented a pontoon boat. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were really comfortable. Two bedrooms are on the bottom/entry level but there are stairs to the kitchen level and then stairs to the upper bedroom. So make sure everyone can climb stairs.

Excellent Stay in Grand Lake
Our family of five (kids ages 13, 11, 8) loved our time at the condo and in Grand Lake. The condo is in a fantastic location with beautiful views of Granby Lake, and was the perfect home base for so much adventure. We went on several hikes in Rocky Mountain National Park, also went kayaking on Grand Lake, and rented a pontoon at the marina which is in the same building as the condo. Super convenient and again, gorgeous views. Communication with Maureen was fast, informative, and helpful. 5 out of 5 experience in all aspects.

Idillic!
My family and I had a wonderful stay here—right on the lake! It is a beautiful location! Very well stocked; great amenities!! We enjoyed being able to ski one of the days and take the kids sledding another day. This is such a beautiful area; we want to come back to check it out in the summer! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great views
We’ve been coming to CO for 16 years and this place was by far the best place we’ve ever stayed in. It was very well equipped and there was nothing we needed that wasn’t there. Super clean and great comfy beds. RMNP is minutes away and we saw moose, elk, deer, and a wolverine! Sunrises and sunsets were beautiful from the balcony!

Lovely, relaxing property
My husband and I brought our three-year-old to Grand Lake for a couple of nights for a quick getaway. While I find the 5:00 late checkin inconvenient, the property was as represented in the listing: clean, spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting in the hot tub overlooking the lake and mountains.

Granby Lake Lakefront
The pictures and description of the condo were accurate and we enjoyed our stay. The first night we heard coyotes yipping at a distance and other mornings we heard the geese on the lake. We would recommend the unit to anyone looking for a quiet stay on Granby Lake.

Lovely Lakeside Paradise
My family and I had a fantastic time. Located next to Beacon Point Marina, the townhouse overlooks the water and is in a Great location to get to Granby and to Grand Lake. The townhome was everything we were hoping for and more. It was clean and comfortable. The only thing one should know about booking this property is that there are stairs. If you are having knee issues or are inviting a guest that does have issues with stairs, it may be difficult for them to get from level to level. We personally loved the layout as it gave everyone in our family space.

Overall we had a great stay and we would definitely stay again. The location was great, directly on the lake and about 10 min from Grand Lake and 15 min from Granby. We also loved the layout of the home, although all the stairs gave us quite a workout! Thank you for a memorable vacation!

Convenient access to the west entrance of RMNP
This property was a great place for our Rocky Mtn vacation. My boys loved fishing on the lake and playing the XBox! The townhouse had everything we needed and then some. Beautiful views from the outside porches and the hot tub was a welcome relief after a day of hiking. Would highly recommend this place.

Our first trip to Grand Lake area
Enjoyed our time with our grown kids at this condo. Comfortable for the four of us. We rented a boat at the marina for the day- highly recommend. Wish we could have fished off the docks but this is strictly prohibited. The view was very pretty looking to the left off the balcony- mountains were amazing and a full moon rising while we soaked in the hot tub! Some noise in the morning from the marina but we were motivated to be up early anyway! Slept with the windows open- the weather was perfect. Took our paddle boards to Monarch Lake- a must see. So many moose! It was worth the extra money to grocery shop in Grand Lake at the Market. Granby is a bit of a drive. Enjoyed a little shopping at Grand Lake and ate at SageBrush. Very friendly village.

Nice place, wasn’t informed hot tub down 😕
The property is in an ideal location, the place was clean and comfortable, the price reasonable. Unfortunately it’s a pretty big deal when you specifically look for a place with a hot tub, then arrive and prepare to enjoy it, only to then discover it isn’t working. No forewarning. Management was responsive and polite, and did give a small refund, but it’s hardly compensation for the level of disappointment experienced after weeks of anticipation of a pleasant amenity only to be let down with no warning or opportunity to change plans and book a different location. Assuming this issue is corrected, it’s a great place to stay. My experience was ultimately a letdown unfortunately.

Glad you found this property is in an ideal location, clean and comfortable & the price reasonable. Unfortunately I found out the day you arrived the hot tub was not working and called the hot tub service company that services it weekly - luckily they were able to come out the next day to diagnose the problem and replaced the control panel they day you left (you stayed 2 nights). I could tell you were disappointed so I refunded you 45%. The hot tub works great now and thanks for understanding "things happen"!!

The property manager was amazing. The hot tub was broke and she communicated that and had someone come out ASAP and got it fixed for us. She allowed us late check out due our truck breaking done. The home was beautiful and we will definitely be coming back to this place!!

Absolutely love the layout of this property. It was easy to get to, quiet location and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the townhome was clean. There were some spider webs and bugs we found throughout, but understand that can be unavoidable at times.

Short Rocky Mountain Getaway
The property was extremely clean and up to date. The only thing that I was disappointed in was that the lake that is featured in the VRBO listing wasn't accurate. The listing stated that the water's edge was approximately 50 ft.. from the property. The lake is currently WAY down. This is a situation out of control of the owners, but I feel that should have been addressed in the listing. Overall, a nice enjoyable stay.
