Easy check-in, great communication with property. Very clean and well stocked with all the essentials. Affordable price and walking distance to most everything we wanted to do. We love the decor and the peaceful atmosphere at the Loose Moose. We plan to stay again here when we come back to Grand Lake.

Great property for first time stay

This property was great and overall clean, the location is great super close to down town and the mini-golf course is a walkable distance. I would recommend for any one to stay.

First Time

It was the first time for us visiting Grand Lake and renting a place in this way! The apartment was nice and with the great instructions and personal attention from our Host, James, it was a very easy to check in and out without any eye-to-eye interactions. The town is really beautiful, and we plan on staying there again!

Wonderful Location

We enjoyed a comfortable stay at The Loose Moose. The location is perfect for easy access to Grand Lake town and the lake itself. Only a block from town square where we watched the traditional Christmas tree lighting the day after Thanksgiving. It was like in the Hallmark movies! The host was very responsive to any of our requests or questions. We plan to stay again soon!

The Loose Moose #4 was so convenient to the lake and to the adorable downtown. The property was very clean and well equipped. So close to Adams Falls and RMNP. Will definitely rent again!

Nice place for an overnight stay.

Overall, nice property. We only stayed one night for a quick trip. Property was clean and had all the basic supplies you might need. My only area that could be improved was the bedding seemed a bit old and worn and could be replaced and there was a stain on one of the sheets.

Great location to town

Our family of 2 adults and 2 toddlers enjoyed our stay at the condo. It is 2 blocks from the main street making it extremely convenient to walk to restaurants, playground, and shops. Plus the beach is about 3-4 blocks away making it easy to haul your things. The condo looks newly renovated and very clean. I would suggest adding blinds in the kitchen and bigger coffee mugs. Since it is a bottom floor unit you may hear upstairs neighbors. And if you’re there, grab a table on the patio next door at the Rapids Lodge restaurant. It has a great view of the river.
