“We were disappointed at check-in because when we got to our room, it was ready for us. We had to wait over a half hour, and we were not offered anything for our wait. Then, when we used the shower the next morning, the shower head was just stuck in the railing. The fold down seat also stuck and wouldn’t fold back up. On the other hand, the location was great. Easy in and out.”

“The rooms had a stale smell. The plugs in the bathroom did not work. The mattress & sheets had stains on them. There were roaches in the rooms. My niece also stayed & we both had to leave. No way we were staying in those conditions. When we tried to get a refund they rudely told us they do not do that. When Expedia contacted them the denied it all & said they offered us a new room. For us they did not but they did for my niece & it was just as bad. Stay far, far, far away from this place! ...

“Frukosten var ingen höjdare. Skulle vara lite "finare", där man fick beställa från en meny. Fick vänta länge innan det kom in någon mat, o det var inte mycket på tallriken.”

“Hello Location and the people around the property made this an unsafe place for my family. So we ended up changing hotels, and the hotel was not willing to give us any reimbursement.”

“This hotel overbooks its rooms and does not notify guests in advance. When you arrive to check in, they may tell you there are no rooms available and claim it’s not their fault. If you don’t want your trip ruined, I strongly recommend that you do not stay here.”

“Staff were excellent. The AC was broken in the lobby area for 2 days making the bar/ food experience horrible. The lobby area and outside are beautiful. When you get to the rooms, not so much. Old rooms, need updating, air doesn’t cool in the rooms that great. Rust on most of the appliances/fixtures/faucets. Room service came as they should. Not a bad place to stay but don’t be fooled by the pictures online.”
