“Väldig klorlukt från poolen i korridoren (ända upp på 3e våningen). Rummet hade en svag doft av cigarettrök trots att det ska vara rökfritt hotell. Ofräscht! Bra frukost!”

She said they were for people who were checking in later that night, but the pool was closing in 10 mind. I have NEVER seen people handed towels as they check in. My daughter and I weren’t given anything when we checked in! She was rude and just didn’t want to work. “Our room was clean, location was convenient, but we had some small issues. 1. The shower faucet handle can off very easily so be careful. It did work. 2. Both the shampoo and conditioner were out of fluid. 3. This one is my fault. They should’ve been informed myself of what the breakfast buffet was. With my dietary needs wasn’t much for me to eat but a hard boiled egg.”

“Breakfast was set up awkward, struggled to handle a large crowd. Our room was clean but housekeeping never came in during our stay. Most other hotels always tend to come in every other day. I'm guessing this needs to be requested. Other then that the staff was very helpful and very welcoming.”

“A good hotel, a bit off from 'downtown' St Joseph, but with a car everything is possible. Good wifi, decent breakfast. Loved the pancake machine! We also very much appreciated the washer&dryer onsite - very convenient. There is also a gym which my husband used, but I wanted to run outside (a bit hot). If only the city could fix a footpath/sidewalk from the hotel to the bridge (about 1/4 mile), access would have been perfect. The nice restaurant next door and the beautiful sunset over Lake...

Corners in the bathroom haven’t been touched in awhile, used beer can left in cupboards (we had a suite), old piece of tomato left on carpet under the footstools. Location was good, easy to get to.”

“I reserved a Double Queen Suite which sleeps 6. The photos showed 2 queens plus a pull out couch in an adjacent room. What I got was 2 queens and in the adjacent room a live seat which was not a pull out. I attempted to call the front desk from the room phone… which had no dial tone and turned out not to be connected to anything… apparently just decorative. I called the hotel on my cell.. I was told that the property has NO pull out beds, and that they have NO CONTROL over what Expedia...
