Perfect for an overnight stay. Older home, second floor apartment with ample towels in bathroom, and thoughtful touches such as Kleenex in each bedroom. Owner was very easy to communicate with. Some minor repair needed to make this a five star rental. Would stay here again!

Michelle is very responsive to communication. She allowed us early check-in which was very much appreciated, Decor was nice. Good air conditioning. Very roomy. Quiet neighborhood with a park right across the street. Old house with quirks, steep stairs to climb, no dishwasher, decorative curtains block no light in the bedrooms.

The property was worn down. The furniture in the kitchen, bath and living room was stained and worn. The rugs were very dirty or so badly stained they didn’t come clean. The bedding felt unclean and the sheets were pilled. There was hair on the bedding in one bedroom. There was a smell to the property that the owner said was probably from dampness in the basement. The house is old so some things are to be expected but not with the cleanliness and wear and tear of the furniture. The host was responsive.
