“Very clean Hotel the rooms were clean the pool was very nice and the property was great with outside seating and fireplace. Front desk was very helpful particularly the young man working when we checked in on Friday and was there until about 1030 he was on top of everything. 6/12/26-6/14-26”

“Awesome hotel in a wonderful town of Rockford.. Beautiful trails for biking .. shops and restaurants were wonderful and The Rose is in the center of it all.. Almost brand new.. the hotel was beautifully done”

“The room they gave for me and my family was full of human PEE. They gave a new room but that room had no made beds and wasn’t ready to have guest. The rooms both smelled of nasty PEE and I have videos and pictures. It was terrible. I contacted corporate ! Not happy. Very and first experience in Grand Rapids and that hotel. Very poor service. Very poor !”

“fast and friendly check in. Great room quality nice mattress and air conditioning. Well insulated sound walls gave quiet peace, even with boys baseball team running around. Breakfast food is well prepared and plentiful with wonderful assortment of choices. pool in nice for stretching but small for full laps. Temperature was perfect. not too cold or hot.”

“Went to check in at 4 pm and was told room wasn’t available didn’t call me till almost 8:30 we were at a cheer competition and didn’t have any where to change. Rooms were ok but there was mystery red stains on the floor the sofa bed was broken pee at the base of the toilet”

“There were tons of roaches and I couldn't get my room switched or a refund I literally had to go buy bug spray so roaches won't get on me or my kids”

“The breakfast was good but things in the kitchen broke on the second day, however many other options were still available. The pool was good to use but the hot tub was broken. Walking distance to amazing food, gas station and medical if needed.”

“I was very disappointed in the shape of this motel. I chose it since it was the closest to my destination. Based on the reviews, I thought I would give it a try. The clerk said that he was giving us a newly remodeled room, so I was quite hopeful that it would be our new hotel used for our visits to Comstock Park. The room was dark and clearly not remodeled, except for a newer bedspread and couch. the bathroom only had one hand towel, wash cloth and towel. Which was ok in the end since we would...

“We arrived at check in time and was told we had to wait for our king room to be finished cleaning. I think we waited 10 minutes no problem we understood. Then when we got to our room there was a terrible odor. Than there were no fitted sheets on the bed it was a flat sheet that had stains all over it. Luckily we brought or own. The staff was friendly but if our keys would not work to get in after closing the front desk attendants would not even help us. Also the instructions to use the elevator...
