“Hotel looks NOTHING like the pictures. The entire building is dirty and falling apart. My room had a broken electric stove that wouldnt turn off and staff did not care. The smell is horrendous from all the drugs being smoked in the rooms and when I reported it to the front desk the man working just shrugged and did nothing about it even when I told him smoke was coming out of the room down the hall from mine. Keep in mind this is a non smoking hotel, but then they had incense that were sticking...
“What I like most is being right at the beach and its pet friendly staff are really nice and very helpful this was our third time staying here and we have always enjoyed our stay only thing that could be better are the beds could be a little more comfortable but all in all everything is really great”
“Well, the day that I arrived at 9:38 PM facility was supposed to be open hotel lobby till 11 PM was locked out was not able to check into my room. There were roaches by the pool. Roaches in the parking lot, many people were complaining. I had to go and get another room and another facility. Because nobody was there to check me in. Thank goodness, because this place was awful. Many complaints and would like my money returned for something that they left me out in the cold. Traveling by myself...
