“We arrived during a time when the hotel was experiencing major technical difficulties. The key cards were not working and we were locked out of our connecting rooms. Consequently, we had to wander around Pittsburgh until about 7:00 p.m., which was hard on us because we were traveling all day and needed to rest. We couldn't telephone the front desk because the main phone line kept ringing to a guest's room. We did not get the full benefit of the time we paid for and I'm quite disappointed by...

“The lady working the bar was very nice. Our room had the tub water running and we couldn’t turn it off. Stain on bedroom ceiling. Received bad directions to our room and the reception was not very helpful. People partying outside late. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. In a pinch, it’s ok but will find another when we return to the Lamp Theater.”
