“what sank the experience was the kitchenette - dark with peeling laminate. after seeing that I didn't even want tto peel back the bedding. Just slept on top of the topping in my clothes. didn't see anything horrible or anything - just couldnt get over that kitchenette. bathroom wasn't great either.”

“What a great location ...right in the heart of this beautiful little town...clean spacious upgraded rooms a great stay.....definitely recommend....and a lunch or dinner at Eddingtons restaurant is a shining experience with phenomenal staff and some of the best food I've ever tasted”

“This hotel is reasonably priced and conveniently located near lots of amenities in South London. The bed was comfortable, and the room was reasonably clean. Some of the hotel features look tired and could use updating, including the room shower and sink. Overall, good value for money and I would stay again!”

“Usually a nice hotel thats usually busy with kids sports teams. Last night was out of control with the amount of kids running and yelling down the hallways and outside until almost midnight. Staff was nowhere to be found”

“Unique place to stay however we were in the other building not the main house. Rooms were small, heater/air conditioner runs all the time. Bed not comfortable.”

“The location was excellent 10/10 The room could have been cleaner. The floor to the left side of one of the beds was sticky (maybe pop) . We also found a bottle of lotion in one of th beds.(Also dirt which seemed like it came from shoes).Which made us believe that the bed sheets weren't changed. We discovered it at 11pm and when we went down to talk to the front desk no one was there. Luckily my sister found the linen closet (so we grabbed our own sheets and made the bed) not cool over all...

“Clean rooms, but somewhat dated. Over priced in my opinion. Not really a boutique hotel. Good on site restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Within a five minute walk to Avon Theatre. Great staff”

“Property was spotless, room and bathroom are small but have everything you need. Good selection for breakfast and snacks available in the lobby. Great parking and a short walk to all Stratford has to offer. Sat in the garden with my glass of wine, felt like a French bistro”

“The room was not cleaned. Garbage bin was full. The bedding and towels with heirs. AC was broken. The recepnionist could not find my booking for 15 minutes in computer.”
