Guest Access:
Guests have full private access to the barn loft apartment, including its private entrance, balcony, kitchen, living spaces, and laundry room. You'll also have access to the property grounds, including walking trails, basketball area, and parking. Activities like horseback riding, golf cart and pontoon rentals, tubing, and skiing are available for an additional fee.

Located in peaceful Grass Lake, Michigan, this rural retreat is perfect for unplugging and unwinding. The property sits on a private horse farm just 5 minutes from the lake, and 10–15 minutes from charming small towns, local shops, and casual dining. Whether you're looking to relax or explore, you'll enjoy the balance of quiet countryside with easy access to nearby conveniences.
Getting Around:
The property is best accessed by car. It’s just a 5-minute drive to Grass Lake, and about 10–15 minutes to downtown Chelsea or Jackson for groceries, dining, and local shops. There’s plenty of on-site parking, including space for trailers or boats. Rideshare options like Uber or Lyft may be limited, so we recommend bringing your own vehicle for convenience.
Other Things to Note:
• You will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with guest access details after completing verification, which includes: -Signing the rental agreement -ID and selfie uploads
• A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost, covering more than minor wear and tear. Stays over 30 nights require a refundable security deposit if no damages occur (except Airbnb bookings).
• Discounts applied automatically: -15% off for stays 7+ nights -30% off for stays 30+ nights
• Extensions: Contact us for special offers. • Starter Kit: Includes coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Guests are responsible for additional supplies.
