Our house is located in the Rottau district of the municipality of Grassau, an idyllic village at the foot of the Chiemgau Alps. The vacation rental (approx. 56 square meters of living space) is modern and comfortably furnished and features a large terrace with a garden. It’s an ideal starting point for numerous recreational activities in every season. The vacation rental was freshly renovated and furnished in 2024.

Enjoy your vacation in our new, stylishly furnished vacation rental, which was renovated and refurnished in early 2024. Your 56-square-meter vacation home features a separate bedroom with two large single beds (100 cm wide Emma One mattresses). In the living room, you can relax on a cozy sofa or in a rustic wingback chair. The sofa can be converted into a comfortable bed (with a high-quality 160 cm wide mattress) in just a few simple steps. A large Samsung flat-screen TV provides entertainment. High-speed Wi-Fi (100 Mbit/s) is available throughout the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle. Whether it’s pans, pots, dishes, or knives—you’ll find high-quality kitchenware here. All the utensils you’d typically need in the kitchen are already provided: a dish brush, dishcloth, sponge, and dish towels. In addition, we provide a starter kit with supplies such as dish soap, general-purpose cleaning products, coffee filters, and salt & pepper. Toilet paper is provided in the modern bathroom. Shower and hand towels are available, as is bed linens.
