The property was spotless , lovely and warm , central to everything in Grassington and I would highly recommend and not hesitate to book again . A lovely welcome gift of wine , chocolate and crisps was much appreciated along with the tea , coffee and sugar . Fully deserved the 5 stars . Also no need to use your car , lovely local walks and a fantastic bus service .”

“The hotel looked nicer in the pictures than it was in reality. Very small and worn rooms, which were damp and uncomfortable. The room was very sensitively. No paintings or any color. The bathroom was disgusting with a toilet seat that didn't fit the toilet seat. Very cramped bathroom with an old and worn shower. The double bed was only 140 cm wide. Too narrow for two persons. The public areas looked nice, but they also need renovation. The breakfast was Quitos limited. Canned tomatoes and no...
