You only need to walk 100 meters to find yourself on the lakefront of Gravedona, along which you will also find all the services you will need during your stay (supermarket, bars, restaurants, newsagent, pier).



You can choose whether to live your holiday always on the go to discover every corner of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains, or alternate it with days of complete relax, staying at home or on the balcony!



The accommodation has a kitchen complete with induction hob, refrigerator, oven, espresso machine and kettle;



To complete the living area we find a large dining table, two armchairs and a TV.



The master bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe, while the second has a bunk bed and drawers to store your clothes.



The bathroom has a shower with glass box, toilet, bidet and sink;



The house does not have a private parking space, but nearby there are several free public parking lots.



Upon your arrival you will find all the necessary bed linen and bath towels.
