"was completely shocked by the lack of cleanliness and poor service at this hotel. Upon checking into my room, I noticed a foul, sour odour coming from the closet area. When I investigated, I opened the small fridge inside the closet and found leftover food from a previous guest. It had been left there to rot, causing a terrible stench that ruined the entire room. It proves that housekeeping does not even check the room before handing keys over to new guests.
To make matters worse, the service was painfully slow. We had no clean towels in the room and had to wait over 2 hours for staff to finally bring some up after we called.
Discovering someone else's spoiled food is a massive hygiene failure, and the slow service just shows a complete lack of care for guests. I highly recommend staying somewhere else if you value cleanliness and basic hospitality. Avoid this place."
