Lakefront 5BR 6.5BA Home & Cabin amazing views

2.5 hrs from KC! Built in 2021, beautiful new home and cozy guest house. Property sits on an incredible point overlooking the main channel. Complete privacy with over 900 feet of shoreline.

Spacious living areas and two full kitchens. Open feel in main house 4 BR/4.5 BA with a separate cabin with 1 bunk room (sleeps 8)/2 BA. Numerous outdoor decks and patios, and a large dock for outdoor entertainment.

Dock includes a large swim platform with floatations, bar with tv. Full property wifi.

Property sits on nearly 2 private acres, with ample parking and easy access to main house and cabin.

Gorgeous main house has tons of natural light through floor to ceiling windows. Four spacious bedrooms with queen beds and private bathrooms - 1 includes a tub.

Cozy cabin with full amenities including a full kitchen, living area, 2 full bathrooms - 1 includes a tub - and a bunk room with 4 queen beds.

We have a brand new private hot tub overlooking the lake - easy to operate and great for winter enjoyment and cool evenings. Open year round.

We also have a weatherproof screened in porch for all weather outdoor enjoyment. Sits right off the kitchen overlooking the water and has a 55 inch smart tv.

The property also has several water activity items for rent, including a 27ft Tritoon, tubes, wakeboard, knee board, waterskis, kayak, paddle board, lily pad, and fishing equipment. Please message us to inquire about pricing and availability.

Property includes wifi in both houses and on the dock.

We have additional listings that allow you to rent just the main house or the cabin in the off season.

We are 15 minutes to the new International Raceway and The Loop Offroad Park.
We have two lofts that are great for extra space, however, should be used with caution and only at the discretion of our guests. We do not count the space as official rooms given that some guests may not be comfortable with ladder access.

Maximum occupancy is 16 guests.
Any unregistered overnight guests exceeding the approved reservation count will incur a fee of $100 per guest, per night. Unauthorized guests may result in additional charges, reservation termination, or removal without refund.

Perfect lake home

This property is even better in person. House is stunning, spacious, and every possible amenity you could need. The cabin was adorable and perfect for the teenagers that were in our group. We definitely look forward to returning!

Fantastic House

This home is truly amazing. Andy and Morgan have built a beautiful, cozy home to share with you. The kitchen has every spice, appliance and storage you could possibly need. They do not skimp on toilet paper or paper towels. They will rent their pontoon and there is a marina two minutes away to rent jet skis and fill up with gas, get ice, milk, beer etc.... The guest house is adorable and was perfect for our teenage children. We rented the lily pad which was where we spent much of our time listening to music via their bluetooth speakers down at the bar on their dock. The hot tub was a hit as well and all of the beds were comfortable with beautiful, new bathrooms. They were very organized and available for us throughout the week-end. This part of the lake is much calmer (even on memorial day week-end) so we enjoyed quiet mornings and sunset cruises with our in laws and friends. Thank you Andy and Morgan!

Annual Family Reunion

The house is gorgeous with such beautiful view of the lake. We were all so amazed at the house itself. It is so beautiful and homey. You provide more than everything we needed. We hope to make this our new Labor Day Weekend Family Reunion spot in the future. We had such a great time making amazing memories. Thank you for the opportunity to share your beautiful home with us.

Pictures just don’t do justice!

Pictures just don’t do this place justice! The views are spectacular. There are literally windows on three sides and you are at the point so there is stunning lake views in three directions. Just beautifully decorated, with a kitchen that is fully stocked with everything you could need, comfortable beds and amazing up-to-date bathrooms. Loved that there was so much seating in the main house! The cabin is so cute and has plenty of room for eight people to stay in with two bathrooms. The dock is very well-maintained with a mini fridge, and a boat slip available for use . I would highly recommend and hope to stay here again!

Fabulous friends and family vacation spot.

We visited with longtime friends and had an amazing time. We had six children ages 11 to 17. The house is everything you hope it would be. Plenty of room for everyone, very clean, excellent bathrooms and upgraded appliances. Everything you need is there. The guest house is super cool for kids and adults alike. The dock is excellent and offers hours of fun. It is safe to swim. Make sure to rent the Lillypad! Loved the ability to play our music via the big Bluetooth speakers on the dock. The outdoor area is great for evening cocktails and cookouts. The solo stove adds to the fun. This property is at a higher price point but we loved it and will be back!
