Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming house with a swimming pool for rent in Grayan-et-l'Hôpital. It has a floor area of 160 m² and can accommodate up to 10 guests. It comprises a lovely 40 m² living room (with a fireplace), a fully fitted kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath), and you can enjoy a garden of around 3,400 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor
- A 40 m² living room with a fireplace (firewood available at an extra charge)

- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedrooms 1 and 2: each with a queen-size bed (160×200) and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet
- Bedrooms 3 and 4: each with a double bed (140×200)
- Bedroom 5: with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed
- A bathroom with shower and bath
- A separate toilet
- On the mezzanine: a games area with a pool table

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outdoors:
