âRenovations added really nice upgrade to rooms. Unfortunately, there was a lot of renovation and remodeling going on at the property, and there was a lot of furniture and mattresses in the walking areas. Caused an eyesore. But, that view is amazing. Get a room with an ocean view!! Iâm thankful that this hotel is a little less expensive than others because it gives less wealthy people a chance to have a beach vacation. Pool and hot tub were great too!â
âVery relaxing place, great interior and exterior, obviously inspired by Monetâs Giverny. Friendly staff, great breakfast and dinner. Fantastic room, apart from somewhat shaky wi-fi. The perfect spot to end our three week tour in New England!â

"Late check-in after a 20-hour flight from Europe. We are met by a musty smell and generally poor air quality. We turn on the AC and go to bed. The next day, we discover a cracked toilet, door frames with no paint, and a shower curtain hanging down because the fitting has come loose from the cracked tiles. The bathtub sealant has 25â30 cm long cracks. The bathroom air vent is full of dust, the mirror fogs up after the slightest shower â virtually no ventilation, really unhygienic and definitely NOT recently renovated!
I go to the front desk and ask for a new room, since I had booked a ârecently renovated roomâ â yes, thatâs exactly what it says in my booking. The room is barely 1â2 stars.
After two separate discussions, I am first promised a better room, only to later be told, when itâs time to switch, that Iâll have to âsettleâ for an equivalent (recently renovated) room.
The breakfast was substandard â we only ate 2 out of 4 days. This is an overall terrible hotel, with an unfriendly manager and a total scam!
I believe Hotels.com should remove this hotel from its listings, as it tarnishes the reputation of other affiliated hotels that actually deliver what they promise in their marketing."
