"Jag hade en underbar vistelse. Jag brukar bo på ett annat hotell men kände att jag behöver hitta ett nytt bra hotell. Och jag hittade det. Så trevlig personal som gärna hjälper till om det är något. Killarna i dörren, supertrevliga, alltid med ett leende på läpparna, en tjej som jag pratade med i ”concierge” som också var hur trevlig som helst. Rummet var rent och fint, gillade inredningen. Sköna kuddar, behövde inte använda en egen som jag alltid brukar ha med mig. Bra tryck i duschen vilket brukar vara ett problem men inte här. Stor tv, kanon när man vill ta det lugnt på kvällen efter en dag i storstaden. Och något som jag inte visste fanns var kylskåp, vad glad jag blev över det. Jag vet inte om alla rum har det. Jag kommer tillbaka."

"Läget där boendet låg var fantastiskt. Relativt centralt, ca 2.7 från Leicester square. Personalen var väldigt trevliga och mycket hjälpsamma. Dessutom ingick det frukost också som jag tyckte var oslagbar."

"An absolutely fantastic hotel – one of the best we have ever stayed at! We chose Marlin Waterloo because we were traveling as a family and wanted a room with a kitchen, as our daughter has specific dietary needs. It turned out to be the perfect choice. The location is excellent, with many of London’s attractions within easy reach. The hotel is spotless, modern, and exceptionally well maintained. Our family room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The kitchen was a real highlight. It was much larger than we expected, fully equipped, and kept in immaculate condition. Having a proper kitchen made such a difference to our stay and gave us the flexibility we needed. The staff were wonderful throughout our visit—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Their professionalism and kindness made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely choose Marlin Waterloo again on our next visit to London. Highly recommended!"
