“This stay was disappointing from check-in throughout. At check in we learned they didn't have the room we'd requested to accommodate 3 adults so they agreed to send a roll-away. Nearly 5 hours (and 4 phone calls and 2 trips to speak to the front desk) someone send they'd send blankets so the 3rd adult could sleep on the floor.
