“Someone unscrewed the shower head so water sprayed all over. Also we turned the heat in the room up and a horrible odor came out. We had to open our door for a half hour to get the smell out. Told the nite duty person and he said there was nothing else available. Left heater off so we didn't die during the nite. Told the MGR the next day and she said since we booked on Expedia we couldn't get a refund. Makes me think twice about who i book with.”
