“What impressed us most about the property was how almost every design detail of the room perfectly aligned with our needs. Everything functioned so nicely. There was nothing amiss or off. It really was impressive and added to our enjoyment of the stay. The room was also spotless and obviously well kept. We would definitely return to this location.”

“The hotel is pretty nice, but seems dated and geared towards older clientele. The staff were fine but seem very new and slow movers. No one was rude and everyone was fine if you spoke to them but they don't go out of their way or have any sense of urgency. The city surrounding the hotel is unfortunately experiencing high level of unhoused folks and public drug/meth use. It's very sad but be diligent if walking around especially in the Monument Square area. The food scene however is top notch!”
