Salty Dolphin House - Guana Cay, In the Settlement

Built in 2023 and located just steps from the beach and Grabbers Bed Bar & Grill, Salty Dolphin House has everything you need for a relaxing island getaway. It’s just a short walk to the grocery store, ferry dock, Kidd’s Cove, and the famous Nippers Beach Bar.

Unwind on the screened-in porch or soak up the sun on the large open deck with a grill. Inside, the house features two comfortable bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen), two full baths, a full kitchen, and laundry for your convenience. You’ll have satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and the peace of mind of a whole-house generator in case of a power outage.

Our friendly caretakers will greet you when you arrive and are just a phone call away throughout your stay.
Upon check-in, guests will be required to sign acknowledgement of the following house rules and provide a credit card to cover any damages:
• The property is clean upon your arrival, if left in an unacceptable condition additional cleaning charges may apply.
• This is a non-smoking accommodation. A minimum charge of $500 cleaning fee will apply.
• Check-in is at 4:00 PM and Checkout is at 10:00 AM
• Check-in and Check-out times must be observed to accommodate incoming guests. Early check-in and late checkout will be accommodated when possible. Additional fees may apply.
• Occupancy levels will be strictly enforced. Additional guests must be approved prior to arrival and may be charged $150 per night per person.
• Management reserves the right to charge the guest credit card for damages or missing items.
• No pets allowed
• No parties allowed
• Parking is provided for two golf carts per property only (applies to cottages and Salty Dolphin house)
• Management/owner assumes no liability for guest injury
