“Liked having a reftigerator. Breakfast was reasonable. The rooms were nicely appointed and quiet. Elevators were efficient. The air conditioning was comfortable, though a bit loud at night. Noon checkout was great. Staff were friendly and efficient. The fitness facility was usable but needs a bench and updated equipment. ”

"After a long flight from Europe landing late at night it was nice to only have a short transfer bus to the hotel - make sure you go to the right place at the airport to catch the bus, and notice there are 2 Hyatt hotels so you take the right one. Check in was quick and easy - nice big room, it was like a small apartment, very nice if you stay for a while. Breakfast was basic but had all I wanted, nice do-it-youself waffle iron. Didn´t like plastic knife/fork...but thats about all what I have to critisize about ..nice hotel for the money, only a short walk from the trainstation to take us directly downtown Washington.
