“Trevlig dam i incheckningen. Första rummet vi fick var inte städat/bäddat. Vi fick nytt större rum. Det var bäddat men inte speciellt bra städat, skräp på golv, saker kvar i kylskåp mm.”

From the holiday decorations to idyllic surroundings we were spoiled with comfort and relaxation. “The house was clean and tidy, but the address was incorrect on Vrbo and the house was very cold upon arrival. No heat upstairs and the heat downstairs was shut off. (Temp during the day was below 50°, at night in the 20s). The host called me about the address after I messaged him. Vrbo needs to fix that. ”
