“Although this is a beautiful and historic property, it is filthy. The entrance rug was disgraceful. The rugs coming off the elevator were soiled and contained an offensive odor. The elevator doors and floor were spilled on and were not cleaned for the duration of our stay. The toilet in the guest room was exceptionally low - certainly not comfort height.
