Particularly the personal and friendly service (which came in very handy when I needed to see a GP; Tanya’s advice and immediate assistance helped us continue our trip without any hassle). “Room was not clean dirty towels cups and unmade bed. Property owners were not available. It was the worst experience. We had to book else where and now no refund is being processed we are completely disgusted in the service from Expedia and the Rayville boat house it’s unacceptable. We drove 3 hours to find a room unusable and then not being able to get in contact with the owner then they contact back hours later after we had to find somewhere else. Worst experience. ”
“Mycket bra hotell vid Great Ocean Road. Perfekt för oss med två små barn. God mat för oss och mycket att göra för små barn, både på hotellet och i närheten. Vi kan mycket väl tänka oss att åka tillbaka dit. ”
