Particularly the personal and friendly service (which came in very handy when I needed to see a GP; Tanya’s advice and immediate assistance helped us continue our trip without any hassle). “Not as nice as the price and description led us to believe. Breakfast was okay, good croissant cut otherwise a bit ordinary. The room was fresh and clean but lacked in storage space so if one was staying more than a day, there was no drawer space for one to unpack. Poor water pressure in the shower. Hosts are very pleasant/amenable! Would not stay there again for the price. ”

“Loved the relaxed nature of the stay, we really relaxed and the children enjoyed the animals. We took a while to get used to living closely to neighbours but we all respected each other and it wasnt noisy - the frogs sang at night and alpacas wandered up to say Hello. All in all a wonderful short break ”

“Equipment - TVs, disc players drastically need updating. For the rates charged the present arrangements are simply not good enough, especially as the site is so isolated. Instructions to operate the spa in the studio would be a good idea - we never did solve that one! It would be good if the spa jets in Bedroom 1 worked!!! A fridge needs to be located in the kitchen. I found it annoying to have to trek to the utility area whilst cooking. Management needs to advise guests of the isolation...

“Comfy beds and bed linnen. Modern bathroom. However shelf in bathroom about to come loose, outside aircon unit looks as it has been in bottom of the sea, elevators out of order. Breakfast was a joke for a hotel. More like s better motel breakfast. So not worth paying extra for.”
