“I have stayed at this hotel many times and always rebook because I love the location and the convenience of it. The staff has always been wonderful. Once again the front desk was wonderful. The only complaint during the stay I would say was the temperature in the room. It was very hot and uncomfortable and the thermostat wasn’t easy to figure out and I feel like was maybe broken. “Great location, staff are upbeat, helpful. The building is well kept. Sometimes we hoped the shuttle was running when it wasn’t (it doesn’t run on the weekend , when we needed to get to the light rail quickly— we walked, we were okay). This place made me realize I like Hyatt hotels. Comfortable, clean, mostly convenient.”
