Great communication with Garold. We had an awesome time. Great sunset to be seen on the dock! Had everything I forgot to bring.:)Has a blast in the recroom with pool table and ping pong. Very quiet, scenic, relaxing getaway would highly recommend.

Bright, open home. Fully equipped with anything you would want. Beautiful wrap around deck with plenty of seating. Enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. Sits right on the water but still felt secluded.Host was very kind and easy to work with.

Fun weekend at the cottage

We had a great time at the cottage, space was big enough we were comfortable. Location was great was easy to find, checking in was super easy. Big driveway fitting all 5 cars with no problems.Clean kitchen, fridge was cleaned out for us it was perfect, the stove gave us some problems, took a long time to heat up, also very dirty at the bottom wasn’t clean, it started to smoke up the cottage. The BBQ was also dirty and we had to deal with a grease fire we cleaned to the best of our abilities. The stairs to go to the water were broken, some of the steps were hanging on by a thread, causing one of my friends to almost rolling his ankle. The main deck is spacious very nice hangout spot, nice view of the water, providing lots of shadeI understand we were at a cottage, but inside the bedrooms in each corner there was spider webs, with maybe 5-6 spiders. Bugs on the ceiling, spider webs in the lamps. Just wasn’t dusted properly. With that being said bedding/sheets were clean, towels were clean, blankets, etc.One thing that was not brought to my attention was the cottage plumbing system. The toilets worked fine, the tap water/shower smelled like rotten eggs, now I am aware this is common for some cottages but we couldn’t even shower it was so bad. Some bacteria forms in the pipes that causes it to smell. Saying all of this it did not ruin our weekend, the place was still beautiful and the host was amazing to communicate with. Very nice people! Overall great time thank you!

Review

Some new Reno’s completed and look good. Due to time of year docks had been removed and parking area tight for two vehicles with boats. Home clean kitchen appliances new.

Nice place to stay

Good communication with host. Nice place, clean beds were okay, low as only mattresses. Had to bring own firewood for fire pit. Upstairs fireplace unfortunately only for show- not in working condition which would be a nice upgrade. Not enough seating for 6-8 comfortably- only could fit a few on couch and chair but the rest had to sit at kitchen table chairs. Nice options for pool and ping pong but again minimal seating downtown and the only tv was upstairs. Renters would benefit from a mirror in the bedrooms maybe as the only one was in bathroom. Had something beeping the needed to shut off - not sure if it was water cleaner as water smelled like sulfur in shower and taps

Great Waterfront Place

Nice clean updated property with Hot Tub, Pool Table and Table Tennis. Dock is great for launching kayaks and SUPs. Large deck to watch the water and sunset from. Large outside fire pit, and good size lawn area. Hosts are quick to reply to any questions.

Great Time

Cottage was perfect for 2 families. 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on each floor. Plenty of deck space for eating and relaxing. Lots of day trip options including Sand Banks. Enjoyed local restaurants in Napanee and walks on the private road. Would definitely stay here again.

Great spot!

Amazing property! Beautiful porch looking west. Lots of things to do, pool table and ping pong were awesome. Host was amazing at answering questions before the trip, always responded in a timely matter. Had a great time with old friends, would book again!

Just Wonderful!!!

Booked with Garold for our annual ice fishing trip. Although there was no ice, we still had plenty of fun playing pool, ping-pong and cooking nice meals. Garold was very helpful with our booking and answered any questions very quickly. Loved the fire pit and the beautiful waterfront. I would highly recommend this rental. It was just fantastic! Ryan
