Mycket bra
Fantastiskt hotell, ett av de bästa i Kos stad. Väldigt god frukost, trevlig personal som är behjälpliga, bra städning och mycket skön säng: Vackert neon ljus från balkongen på kvällen. Superbra läge!

Bästa läget med nära till allt i Kos stad.
Rent, fint hotell med bästa läge i Kos stad. Jag ankom med flyg kl 04 på morgonen och hade inte bokat rum förrän till kommande natt. personalen var så hjälpsam och ordnade rum till mig och tog hand om mig på bästa sätt. Rena fina rum, inte det mest moderna men funktionellt och praktiskt. Gångavstånd till restauranger, bar street och stranden (ca 15 min promenad).

Bättre än väntat
Valde ett hotell på måfå då jag bara skulle ha ett boende innan resan gick vidare mot Santorini och det var överraskande frächt och centralt beläget. Kan rekommendera hotellet och bokar gärna igen om resan återigen går till Kos. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal.

Bra hotell för shopping i Kos stad
Bra hotell med hyfsad frukost. Lite tråkiga rum men rena och fina. Ligger precis intill shoppingdistriktet i Kos och nära utgrävningarna. Många bra restauranter inom gå avstånd. Helt OK.

Trevlig och serviceinriktad personal
Då vi ville bo nära hamnen men ändå i ett lugnt område så passade Alexandra hotell oss perfekt. Det var promenadavstånd till stranden och nära till olika restauranger. Frukosten var inte den största men det fanns ändå mycket att välja på, både kall och varm mat. Badrummet var stort och rent. Poolen var inte så stor och inomhus. Receptionspersonalen var väldigt serviceinriktade, de svarade på alla våra frågor och gav sig tid.

Friendly receptionists except during check-out. Comfortab le bed in a studio for which we did not ask. Good location if one wants to be in Kos. Crappy view from the window while wondering why, in an almost empty hotel, we got such a dreadful view on the third floor.

Disappointing
Disappointing for a 4star hotel. Disappointing that it is policy not to have double beds. The hotel is looking dated with fairly tired towels and cheap soaps etc disappointing that no bottles of water provided. Just not 4 star service or facilities.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen und insgesamt ungepflegt. Die Handtücher waren leider oft noch schmutzig, ebenso die Bettdecken. Man konnte noch gut erahnen, was die Vorbenutzer so alles darauf hinterlassen haben. Die Betten haben sich ansich gut geschlafen und der vorhandene Kühlschrank und der Balkon waren recht angenehm. Insgesamt ist das Hotel jedoch keine 4 Sterne wert. Ich kann es leider, zu dem Preis, nicht weiterempfehlen.

Het hotel was erg schoon en netjes. De inrichting is iets verouderd maar de faciliteiten waren prima. De locatie is uitstekend, alles in het centrum van Kos op een paar minuten loopafstand. De schoonmaaksters waren erg vriendelijk en maakten elke dag de kamers schoon.

Lovely hotel, amazing location! Breakfast was quite expensive so we never got it, but plenty of restaurants less than 5 minute walk. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Double bed is just two single beds so for a couple a little uncomfortable but everything else was lovely

Absolut empfehlenswert
Checkin war ganz schnell und einfach.Die Lage ist top. Frühstück war frisch und ausreichend. Hotelzimmer war sauber. Es wäre perfekt, wenn man mehr Platz (für Schminksachen) beim Waschbecken hätte. Immer wieder gerne zurückkommen.

A very pleasant & beautiful hotel!
Beautiful, large, pleasant rooms with a nice balcony, great location to easily access everything you may need in Kos town. It can be noisy at night from the bars nearby if you want to sleep with the window open. Breakfast is adequate but more like for a 3* hotel. The pool quite small but who needs it when in a Greek island with the beach in 10 min on foot. Except from the spacious rooms, good quality of mattress and bedding the facilities would match a 3* hotel I would say. We definitely enjoyed our stay but I’d prefer more fresh fruits and better variety of the food for breakfast, also take away option as we joined a few day trips so had to leave quite early without the space to eat and enjoy it. I loved the coloured light in the balcony and the window net to stay mosquitoes free

Money stolen from room.
Me and my partner stayed here for a week and it is the worst place I have ever stayed at. I travel for work so I see a lot of hotels, this is the first time I have had jewellery and money stolen from the room. When we spoke to the manager she treated us like dirt and said basically we were lying it made us both feel incredibly uncomfortable. The Photos on this listing are also not accurate, out linin was not changed until day five, they do not provide fresh towels or top up toiletries which is only shower gel and shampoo combined. The hotel looks like it hasn’t been updated in 40 years. Overall the worst experience I've had at a hotel, save yourself having your holiday impacted by this hotel and go somewhere else.

Our hotel bedrooms have been renovated 2 years ago and provide safety deposit boxes in order for our guests to secure all their valuables and money.3 days before your departure, you claimed that you could not find a necklace of no monetary value to you, only sentimental, and a one euro coin.We had asked you to thoroughly check your belongings in case you misplaced it somewhere. We suggested to you to report it to the police with our help but you refused.All other comments will be taken to consideration to make our future clients happy.With our best regards

The Biggest Bed I've Ever Slept In.
I had a wonderful solo trip at the Alexandra Hotel in Kos. I'd booked a single room but was upgraded to a suite and had the largest bed I've ever slept in. The hotel has a real 80's vibe which I loved. Especially the quirky lifts. The staff were a delight and super friendly from the reception, to the waiting staff to the cleaners. All so helpful The room was fully air conditioned, had a private balcony, kitchenette area and clean bathroom. I'd highly recommend it.

Great location and value for money
Huge room with king bed and a small Kitchenette with a hot plate and fridge. Not much else in room a chair or lounge would have been nice. Balcony overlooking Kos Harbour. Great location in centre of Kos Town. Clean rooms friendly staff

We stayed here for 1 night as a stopover before going to the hotel we would be spending the rest of our holiday (michelangelo hotel). As a stopover hotel, this was fine but I was very glad I wasn’t spending my whole holiday here. The bed was quite hard and uncomfortable, the room was very basic but had a lovely view overlooking the harbour. As other reviews have said, the bathroom is very outdated (think Grandma’s bathroom!), however it is adequate and I was able to have a comfortable shower. We didn’t have breakfast as we preferred to check out local places in Kos since we were in town already. The hotel allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel after checkout but be warned that there is no actual luggage room, we just left it tucked away by the reception area; gladly the luggage was still there when we returned a few hours later! All in all, this was an adequate hotel for a stopover for 1 night; it’s in a central location and the room is comfortable enough, although the bed was too hard for me. I’d rate this hotel as a comfortable 3* rather than 4* as I would expect more comfort and luxury from a 4*. I would probably stay here again as a stopover but not as my main hotel (having said this I’m used to 5* standards so perhaps I was expecting too much from this hotel!)
