Très bon hôtel.
Très bon séjour à l'hôtel angelika. Le personnel est adorable et très accueillant, l'hôtel est magnifique, la piscine est très agréable aussi. Très bon service également et petit déjeuner au top. Le village de milatos est très typique et authentique. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, merci.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im Angelika Aparthotel in Milatos. Wir sind total liebevoll empfangen wurden. Unsere Gepäcke waren während des Fluges verloren gegangen, aber das Hotel bot uns direkt in allen Bereichen Hilfe an: vom Ladegerät für das Handy, über gekühltes Wasser. Unser Zimmer war stets super sauber, wir hatten einen tollen Blick zum Meer und auch zum Pool. Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen, fernab von Massentourismus. Aber alles ist vom Hotel aus gut zu erreichen. In Milatos selbst gibt es am Hafen Tavernen und einen Supermarkt. Mit einem Mietwagen kann man viele nahegelegenen Ausflüge unternehmen. Für das Auto sind ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze verfügbar. Das Frühstück ist frisch und vielfältig, von Feta über leckere Marmelade, verschiedene Brotsorten, Obst und Gemüse, sowie Eispeisen, und griechischen Joghurt und Müsli ist für jeden etwas dabei. Dabei ist auch hier der herausragende Service zu erwähnen. Es wird stets dafür gesorgt, dass alles gefüllt ist. Es gibt einen Kinderpool und einen tieferen Pool. Beide Pools sind super von der Qualität und Sauberkeit. Wir lieben diesen Hotel, möchten nochmals den herausragenden Service in allen Bereichen von den unglaublich lieben Menschen hervorheben und wir kommen so so gern wieder. Danke für diese unvergessliche Zeit.

Hôtel très très propre et très (trop) tranquille. Quasi vide fin juillet ce qui rend le séjour un peu triste… peu de personnel et de service. Zone piscine très sympa. La localisation est assez isolée..et Milatos un peu loin de tout . Il faut donc absolument un véhicule

Séjour en famille
Très bon séjour en famille dans cet appart hôtel, situation au calme proche de la mer. Équipé d'une belle piscine et de transats, idéal pour se détendre. Les extérieurs sont bien entretenus et propres. Personnels très sympathique et au petit soin, font même des efforts pour parler en français. Petit déjeuner correct, possibilité de prendre le dîner sur place mais de nombreuses tavernes en bord de mer et avec des prix correct sont disponibles , cocktails fait maison sont parfaits. Chambre très propre et climatisée, linges remplacés régulièrement. Le personnel de l hôtel trouvera toujours une solution pour votre besoin ( location de voiture, quad, idée de sortie, ....) Parking disponible sur place. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille, tout le monde est ravi. Avons apprécié le respect des autres clients. Nous recommandons sans soucis cet établissement.

Erholsame Tage auf Kreta
Ruhige und gepflegte Anlage. Sehr nette Gastgeberin mit guten Tips für die Umgebung und super Restaurants. Konnte mich gut erholen. Es wäre schön wenn der Pool bis 9H nutzbar wäre. Man sollte einen Mietwagen haben.

Unfortunately, our pool, especially with this extreme heatwave, has to be filtered and cleaned thoughrally daily and besides that, there is the sound issue in a very quiet atmosphere during night time. Upon arrival we were told we were to be upgraded from a 'standard' room to a 'family' room for the first part of our holiday and that on the last day we would revert back to our original booking, that of a 'standard' room - super we thought!. However, it turned out that this was a trade off for the dingy downgrade that we were given on the last day of our stay. The room we were switched to was not on the Angelika resort and certainly not the standard of a 'standard' room. The apartment was so small and the shower cubicle a ridiculous 100cm square so that you could not bend down or be at all comfortable. The toilet leaked and would not flush without some difficulty and the sleeping area for the third person of our party, was a narrow vinyl sofa (in 30deg heat, really!) that was situated in the kitchenette area. Our stay was spoilt by what we considered to be a downgrade from our original booking and not at all worth the price we had booked at. The fact that the accommodation was also off site of the resort also made us feel cheated out of the quality of a 'standard' room that we had booked. The accommodation bore no resemblance to any of the accommodation featured on their own website and was clearly below that of a 'standard' room. I am sure the hotel imagined that as we had had an upgrade to begin with, this was now somehow acceptable, but it was an awful and disappointing end to our stay and not at all an expectation that having being offered an upgrade, we would

Dear Guest, We want to thank you for your kind preference at our hotel! We are sorry though that your overall experience didn't met your expectations. We will look into your comments and improve our services in the best possible way. We made our best efforts to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It was an honest upgrade and we believe you enjoyed our largest available room during most of your stay. Of course, having a room of 70 sq. meters instead of 33, which you booked, made you feel quite strange when you finally stayed in smaller room. A shower of 1m. is quite far from ridiculous, but again you were still compairing with a bathtub double sized. Besides, a standard double room for 3 persons has a sofa-bed. This exact room is on our website and in fact has old-fashioned wooden furniture and windows instead the one you stayed, which was recently renovated

Excellent but off the beaten track
We stayed for a week and toured the area. The hotel is really good, has a good pool, 2 bars, and even offers a buffet dinner at a very reasonable price - we ate there 3 times, despite there being good tavernas a few minutes walk away. The only downside is that it is very remote, access being over a mountain range with VERY winding roads; took about 25 minutes to get to the main road. Without a car it would be tough to get around.

A pleasant, out of the way, hotel.
A friendly rather isolated hotel. The signage from th main(national) road needs improvement, though once you get to Milatos village it is easier to locate. The breakfast was OK but rather more variety is needed when staying for a week.The buffet dinner is varied and good and there are also excellent tavernas within walking distance. WiFi not very good.

Very pleasant stay
Very comfortable and smart hotel. Quiet with lovely views. Enjoyed the short walk to the beach. Staff couldn't do more to make our stay wonderful, they were attentive, friendly and always there! Lovely swimming pool and surrounding gardens. Comfortable room with balcony, sea view and convenient small kitchen.

Peaceful, friendly and immaculate!
We returned from a week at Angelika Aparthotel in May 2015. The hotel was beautifully kept, clean and spacious. Our room was lovely with a terrific terrace overlooking the pool and the mountains. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and could not have done more to make our stay an absolute pleasure. You do need a car to get around but there are several good tavernas nearby with excellent food. The cleanest hotel we have ever visited!

Tolles Hotel für ruhigen Urlaub abseits vom Trubel
das Hotel ist etwas abseits gelegen! MIETWAGEN zwingend notwendig! Die Anlage ist super sauber und sehr gepflegt! Das Personal ist total freundlich uns zuvorkommend! Bei Fragen oder Anliegen wurde sofort gezielt geholfen... Wenn ein ruhiger Urlaub abseits vom Touristen-Trubel sein soll können wir das Hotel nur empfehlen...

For a relaxing holiday
If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful and relaxing holiday this is the place, in an unspoilt fishing village. The hotel is kept in an immaculate condition in all areas including the room and the staff are very friendly and helpful. However if you want to travel further afield there is no bus service from the village and I recommend that you hire a car. Should you not want to hire a car the hotel can arrange a taxi which has special rates for guests. During my stay I used the taxi service which was excellent.

Very pleasant hotel with friendly staff
We were looking for a quiet relaxing holiday and this hotel was perfect for us. It's in the little fishing village of Milatos and well away from the mad Malia crowds. Our room was very spacious and clean with a little kitchenette. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We hired a car (which the hotel staff organised for us) which is probably the best way to explore the area as the Milatos is a little out of the way.

Nice place, nice staff
We went there for a week and did have a very nice time. The rooms are clean, with a beautiful shower, a little kitchen with all the useful tools and the air conditioning WITHOUT extra-charge !!! Nice pool and nice bar. The staff is very nice and provide us every information we may need, concerning the hotel, the places to see, etc... So, we did have a nice week, without regret. Only one point was a little bit annoying : we ask for a double bed and had too jumble beds. So if you are a couple, it's better to insist by phone to really have a totally perfect trip ! ;-)

Ruhiges, sauberes Aparthotel mit schönem Pool
Wer Party und Sandstrand sucht ist falsch hier, wer in der Sonne liegen will, relaxen, die Ruhe geniessen, Ausflüge machen, lesen, schwimmen, genau richtig. Wir haben ein ruhiges, kleines, sauberes Aparthotel mit praktischer Kochnische, Frühstück auf dem Balkon genossen ,ein Teil guckt aufs Meer ein Teil auf die schönen Berge und den Pool und die Palmen. Mietwagen ist absolutes Muss, das Hotel liegt in einem Tal in einem kleinen Fischerörtchen mit einigen netten Tavernen direkt am Wasser, der Strand allerdings felsig, kiesig. Es ist selbst nicht direkt am Strand sondern abgesetzt in einer Nebenstrasse ca 5Gehminuten zum Wasser und zum kleinen Hafen.

Ideal für den ruhigen Urlaub
Wir waren zu Dritt (46,49,15) im September 2009 in diesem Hotel. Es liegt sehr ruhig ca. 200m vom Wasser entfernt. Der Strand ist leider nicht der Hit, wir sind mit dem Leihwagen (unbedingt erforderlich) immer über den Hügel Richtung Sisi oder sogar nach Agios Nikolaos zum Baden gefahren. Im Hotel selbst war unser Zimmer sehr gut, das Frühstück gerade noch ok (aber ziemlich einfallslos), die Freundlichkeit des Personals kaum zu steigern, Sauberkeit ok (mind. 2x/Woche frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher), die Lage in einer Seitenstrasse sehr ruhig, der Blick aus dem Zimmer Richtung Berge über den Swimmingpool wunderbar. Wer einen Urlaub mit Nachtleben oder Attraktionen für die Kids sucht, ist hier (im ganzen Ort !) völlig falsch. Dann sollte man sich Richtung Sisi oder weiter Richtung Heraklion orientieren. Wer aber die Ruhe sucht, freundliche Menschen, ein nettes Hotel in netter Umgebung ist hier absolut richtig !
