Poop in the pool, bites on my legs, dirty towelsl
Friendly staff and great location. Still, the 1st day did we discover poop in the pool. The staff was notified and they removed it... Still the pool remained open. After 1st night I woke up with +20 bitemarks on my legs. The staff said it was not bedbugs but mosquitos...all windows to the room was locked and it was very windy that night. I demanded to get a new room so we got that, downgraded. We stayed 3 nights and had a total of 5 dirty towels during this time. Now with the money in my opinion! I have tried to upload photos but the system don't allow me...

dear guest , the poop on the pool it was a small wooden part from the trees above the pool :) we pick it up ,thne we know from closer about that :), about the bites anyone can understand mosquito bites special if all doors and windows are open at a beach area at an island, after that we suggest you to be closed all windoes and doors and use ac or close the curtin when you go out at the balcony , we are happy that after the 1st day that you was more carefull about that not any more bites happen. Thanks for choose our place for your holidays ,we hope to see you back again and have the chance to give you better memories next time

Det var okej men rummet är lite dåligt pga köket passar inte till familje och air kondition en funkar och andra funkar inte och el vägguttag alla trasiga och måste byttas men storsta problem är finns ingen vanlig vatten alla är saltvatten

Trångt och slitet men bra läge.
Vi hade en "familjelägenhet" som tyvärr inte fungerade speciellt bra som lägenhet. Dels var rummet väldigt litet men framförallt så var köket inte mycket att skryta om. Dåligt utrustat och väldigt litet. Vår kokoplatta blev så varm att knapparna smälte och gjorde brännmärken i bänkskivan. Personalen var dock trevliga och tillmötesgående och läget var mycket bra (50 meter till stranden).

Felaktig beskrivning!
Läget var enda fördelen med detta boende. Med erfarenhet från ett trettiotal olika boenden i grekiska ö-världen, från enkla privatrum till 5-stjärniga resort, går det inte att konstatera annat än att beskrivningen av Anny Studios är helt felaktigt beskrivet. Detta är snarare ett hostel än ett hotell med familjevänlig profil! Övriga gäster var ungdomar med ryggsäck som sov och åt medhavd mat i "receptionen". Även personalen åt från pizzakartonger. "Lägenheten" var ett rum med planlöst utställda sängar utan te x sänglampor eller sängbord. En av fem sängar var helt obrukbar. Allt var mycket slitet och städningen dålig. Vi känner oss lurade och rekommenderar inte detta ställe till någon som förväntar sig ett lägenhetsboende enligt bilder och beskrivning på Hotels.com!

When we arrived at the hotel the personal said that we must wait 30 minutes because the room was not cleaned. After five minutes we got it. The room was dirty. Dirt on floor, table and the bed sheets was not changed. It was mascara on both pillows and sheets. When we called the manager he made they cleaing lady change the sheets. What she did? Put the new sheets on the floor and stamped on it...disaster...The manager was very rude and refused to admit that the room was not clean even if it was long mark on the table when he slide his fingers there. They wanted us to wait three hours more because they did not have time to clean. We said no and got a new room for three days and then had to change again. When we got the second room it was the same cleaner again. She gave us unreal dirty towels with hair. We complained and then it was better. But the staff at the hotel was unreal arrogant. We did not want any special, just that everything works like at all hotels. But it didnt...The hotel standard is okey for the price, location too, but the staff was catastrophic.Dont go here.

Det gäller att ha rätt förväntningar på hotell och ta allt med en klackspark eller nypa salt. Tyvärr hade vi otur och jag delar med mig plus och minus nedan. Sutfrågan om jag skulle boka samma hotell nästa år, så är svaret nej. Wifi fungerar inte på rum Internet fungerar sällan i reception Toalett gick sönder flera gånger Avloppslukt i badrum varje dag Vattnet la av tre dagar i rad i dusch och kran. Hotellet är mer av ett Hostel vilket man ser på utmärkelser i reception och klientel Knappt någon plats på balkong för torka badkläder Ac låter extremt mycket och går inte ställa in vilket leder till att det blir för kallt på natten Knappt någon plats runt poolen gör att man inte nyttjar den än mer för ett dopp Svårt att parkera hyrbil i närheten Baren vid pool spelar musik sent varje kväll trots avsaknad av gäster. Hotellägaren Vasillis är serviceminded och tar sig tid att tipsa om sevärdheter Fri användning av tvättmaskin. Behövs endast eget tvättmedel Lugnt läge (trafik) och lugna gäster. Fri hämtning och skjuts till flygplatsen tre gånger om dagen. Mejla dom i förväg om ni önskar hämtning. Perfekt läge nära Perissastrand Safetybox ingår. Stort kylskåp Perissas bästa bageri och grillställe "Aris" finns i närheten Nära en av Perissas bästa strandrestaurang och strandhäng "Noma" Provade ej frukost men såg ut som en vanligt toast som bartendern gör på beställning.

Bra hotell med pool. Nära stranden. Bästa restaurangen i Perissa precis bredvid hotellet. Bra städning och rent och snyggt rum. Sängen var inte så bra. Gratis Wifi.

Hideaway spot, very clean.
Cute little loft room. The lift area stays quite warm despite many attempts to get a/c to reach there. Great locale, within steps to the beach and great restaurants. The bathroom has no windows and just one dim light so very dark. Had to go purchase TP since our family of 5 went thru the 2 rolls in room quickly. The front desk is left unmanned for long periods of time so difficult to reach anyone with issues. Room very clean. Directions get you to back parking area, but with no signage for directions very difficult to find. Stopped at another hotel and they gave me directions to front entrance. Small pool, but used beach anyways. Able to drive out and see the local sights fairly easily from here.

No drinking water. No WIFI.
The room was nice, but the shower is TINY! The water from the tap is salt water. You need to buy water to drink. The WIFI was practically non-existent. The location is hard to find, but it is in a nice area. It's close to the beach and restaurants.

The service at Anny Studios was amazing. The location is great. Perrisa Beach is a great place to stay on the island if you are trying to get away from the crowds of Oia for example. Walkable area, pool, airport/ferry port transfer and if you arrive early or need to check out before your flight/ferry, they will hold your bags for you. Staff were always accommodating, helpful and super friendly!

Nous avons séjourner dans cet hôtel pour 3 nuits en famille/amis. + : Piscine agréable avec des horaires 10-22:00. Personnel pro et gentil. Bar au bord de la piscine. - : Chambre petite pour 4 personnes. Salle de bain petite et avec mauvaise odeur. Propreté laissant à désirer. Mauvais rapport qualité/prix. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

Close to beach, as advertised.
We stayed at this budget conscious hotel right off the black sand beach at Perissa on our first trip to Santorini. The couple that run the hotel are extremely nice and helpful. The hotel is what I would consider a three Star quality hotel in Greece and was as advertised. It is close to the bus station. Our stay was ruined by a major power outage, but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault.

Excellent service, room, and location
It was an amazing stay! Due to my flight being delayed, I got there well after the reception hours closed. Despite that, they were kind enough to give me access to my room and I was able to sleep comfortably after a hectic day. The next morning, the staff checked me in and gave me a detailed overview of the local area, including sites to see, tours, and even the bus schedule! The room was clean and even came with cooking ware. The location was right off the beach, so that was super convenient. One minor thing was that wifi was only available in the lobby, and not in the room. I didn't really need it, so it was really a small inconvenience. I will say that if you're going to stay here, you shouldn't stay cooped up in your room surfing the web.

Nice but not amazing
Overall it was good. The room was small and bathroom tiny with a very narrow shower. The floor drain was blocked so water would over flow a bit and it smelt. Pool area was nice but again narrow. Staff were helpful. Convenient spot only 30m from the beach with a huge amount of restaurants and cafes lining the beach to choose from. Quite a few small shops too.

disappointing stay at the Anney studios
The room i was allocated on arrival was well under par for the money i paid, the room was dated,bathroom was too small,the toilet was dirty, the shower curtain was not fixed properly, rust river all down the tiles from shower taps the shower head kept falling off and to cap it off we had a ant invasion through the bathroom window on a evening. Avoid this hotel or room no1 it needs a upgrade, ideal for back packers who are not bothered were they sleep.

Great location!!!
Location is excellent! Plenary of restaurants with good food that offer free beach chairs if you consume! All staff members were great, except for the man in the front desk during the day... very moody!!! Rooms are small but comfortable and the room for 5 people is great, but only has one bathroom.

Where to start... Terrible!
This hotel is down an alley to the beach but has no street front to speak of. It was not easy to find. When we checked in we were 4 people and the room had 2 levels but 1 one AC and the most narrow stairs. It never got cool and the stairs were a death trap. Do not take this room! We asked to change rooms and at least they accommodated us into a connecting room. The bathrooms are so dated and not clean and there is no fresh water! The shower uses salt water so we never felt clean. We even bought bottles of water to take a shower. We also took another room for 2 people and were given a dark and dusty room. My allergies were crazy so I asked to change rooms. In the pictures you see balconies on the pool. There was one available so I asked for it and the owner said no because they are only reserved for people staying 1 week or more. Some people even had basement rooms which I would have never stayed in. As for the internet, it never worked. Do not stay here!

Cute Greek Hotel Next To The Beach
For my holiday to Santorini, I wanted a simple room close to the beach and that felt homey and welcoming. Anny Studios was just that. It was not a fancy place, but it has what you need and the small feel made it comfortable and welcoming. I have lived in Greece before, and the staff at Anny Studios made you feel as if you truly were in Greece despite how touristy it can get. My room was cleaned every day with the bed made and the staff was very helpful in directing you with how to do things in the area as you wanted. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you, Anny Studios!!

"Cheap" possibility to stay in Perissa
Since Perissa is expensive in general, Anny's Studios is a cheap possibility very close to the beach. The room was ok to be there for one week, but since the bathroom was really really small, we were glad to get back home. The staff is nice and courteously! Perissa is a destination for couples!!! Don't travel there with a group of friends, there is hardly nightlife!

The place was just okay, friendly staff and just meters away from the beach. But a bit pricy considering it did not include breakfast. The room was clean but the shower/toilet was dark and not very comfortable. There was enough place for 6 people in the room but the aircon was not strong enough to cool the room, specially for those sleeping upstairs.

Nice little hotel. Rooms are dated but you get what you pay for. Very loud as my room was adjacent to the stairwell, but steps to the beach and boardwalk. Staff were the best part always accommodating and happy to help.

Great location - no fuss!
Rooms are basic but have what you need - if anything isn't working they have it fixed the same day. Air con is good in the rooms and most have a balcony to get the evening breeze. Reception is very knowledgeable and will help you organise trips etc. The hotel is right on the main beach and restaurant area and bars with live music are also close. It can be a little noisy at night but it usually stops around midnight. Pick up service from port & airport is an absolute bonus too!

Gemütliches Hotel, sehr netter Besitzer und Personal. Helle schöne geräumige Zimmer. Aber das beste ist dass man direkt am Strand ist. Tolles Preis Leistungs Verhältnis und viele junge nette Leute. Alle sprechen Englisch und sind zuvorkommend. Würde immer wieder hingehen😄
