Paradis
Fantastisk personal, underbar utsikt, solnedgångar är oslagbara. Frukostterrasen vid poolen och med havsutsikten och över staden Thira ger en härlig start på dagen! Rummet var rent fint fräscht. Gångavstånd längs havet till staden. Romantiska restauranger överallt, bussförbindelser smidiga till stränderna och delar av ön. Kommer tillbaka!

I travel many countries and stay in hotels. This is one of the best hotels. Best lacation, views and near to all the shopping. Staff is so informative and cooperative. Breakfast is the best in Europe. I cant find one -ve. May be too many steps 😉. We had very good time.

The view from the balcony was amazing. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Christos and Chris were very quick to help with any queries and Marina recommended two good restaurants. The breakfast and pool area staff could not have been better and the cleaning staff were execellent.Thank you Christos for a fabulous stay

I cannot rate this hotel enough. the location is perfect inbetween Oia and Fira town. The hotel is situated right on the ocean with views to die for with perfect sunset settings. extremely clean with attentive staff that cannot do enough for you. we stayed in the VIP room that had amazing views and was very spacious. All of the staff went above beyond to make our stay extra special and a special thanks to Christoph the manager and Christos and Tanni at the bar for being truly wonderful and attentive people. Can’t wait to come back again and i highly reccomend this hotel. Superb Stay and value for money!

This property was at a convenient location - walkable to the heart of Fira but not congested. The breakfast that came with the room was really delicious and the staff was attentive. The pool was nice and the view was excellent. We were pleasantly surprised that we were slightly upgraded to a room with an adjacent private outdoor sitting area. We have already recommended to friends.

Great room, great view. 2 couches that were just perfect to sleep on (my travel partner snores). Had a bit of trouble with the AC but was resolved quickly. I wish they had recycling considering they don't have water stations to fill up your reusable water bottle. And the option to not change the towels/sheets would be great. For those of us that care about the environment. I'm surprised they weren't more eco friendly. :( That was disappointing.

Anniversary Trip
Fantastic little place with stunning views and brilliant location as only 5 to 10 minute walk into Fira so you can get to the really busy area easily with all the bars, restuarants and shops but have a lovely quiet location to relax in. Service excellent and when we did have an issue with room not being made up while we were out it was sorted straight away. Ideal for a couple and would 100% go back to this hotel. Worth paying the extra to get room with balcony with view over Caldera as could never tire of waking up to that view.

Sykt fint hotell og rom. Men det var ikke egen balkong. Det var en gjennomgang for alle de andre rommene lenger ned. Wifien var elendig. Helt umulig å bare scrolle igjennom Instagram. Veldig kjedelig ettersom det heller ikke var mobildekning der.

The entire hotel is immaculate. So clean and freshly painted white. Loved the pool view. The pool is a large pool with a cute bar. I always got a lounge chair and never had to fight for one. They play loud American music at the pool in the afternoon. The breakfast is outstanding w a ton of options. The coffee and yogurt are so good. But I wish it would start a bit earlier. It starts at 8am. The staff are so helpful and sweet. The hotel is right by the shopping, great restaurants, and a short walk to the bus station. The walk back from staton is uphill. The wifi was a bit spotty in my room but I did not pay for a window view so I think that is why. My room was more like a cave which was fine w me. I did not hear anyone else at all. I would stay here again in a second and recommend it to anyone.

Great location and espectacular views! The breakfast was very good. The path to downtown Fira was an unexpected bonus but we wish they had explained this alternate path upon arrival. We walked down the main road with little or no sidewalks on our 1st day. We were in room 107 and it was great!

Great property with excellent facilities. Staff were wonderful. Easy walk into Thira and lots of great restaurants within walking distance. You need to walk down from the top to your rooms so there are lots of stairs. This didn’t bother us but could be an issue if you have mobility issues. There are staff available to help with your bags. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

My husband, sister, and I stayed for 3 nights. We had 2 junior suites. I cannot say enough about this hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and courteous. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and adequate in size. The views from the rooms and balcony are spectacular. Breakfast is made to order and delicious- loved the pancakes with honey as well as the cappucinos every morning on the balcony. The location is perfect- easily accessible to the restaurants and shops but out of the noise. Will definitely stay here again.

The property was close to town, restaurants and shopping. My only negative comment is that we had an inside room, without a proper window. Consequently, it was rather damp.

Rooms are great, spacious with good views if specified. Well located, but lots of stairs. Reception staff only can say No. No service from reception, would not show you to your room, or where anything was. Not obliging at all. Bar staff was awesome, friendly and service was excellent. Hotel offered us an upgrade as it seemed other guests could not do the stairs so we obligated and moved rooms, but seemed a downgrade as 4 flights to ger to your room and staircase in the room to access master bedroom. Could not get a cup of tea in the room, only a coffee maker.

Absolutely breathtaking views of the caldera from our balcony. The property was clean and quiet, even with plenty of other families and guests around. We felt like we had a lot of privacy, which was lovely. Great breakfast each morning. Professional, friendly, and helpful staff. I really enjoyed having two levels to our room, with the bedroom up on the second floor - I could rest while my partner could watch TV or read downstairs without feeling like we might accidentally disturb the other the few times we were just relaxing in the room. Would absolutely stay here again!

We had the BEST stay at Belvedere Suites! This was our second time staying here and I cannot recommend it enough! Vanessa and Dimitri went above and beyond to help us plan dinners, make reservations, book transportation, and have an amazing stay. The pool bar and breakfast is beautiful and the sunset by the pool is absolutely stunning. This is so close to so many amazing restaurants and a quick walk to Fira. Stay here, you won't regret it!

Lovely views, quiet and very clean room. Friendly staff. Some of outdoor furniture very rickety needing a little TLC. Had to find own drinking water after first day as not supplied. I thought this was disappointing when paying over €300 per day. Many steps and uneven paths so need good hips, knees and walking shoes.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room always gets cleaned. The breakfast was awesome. The manager of the property, Dimitri, made it very easy. He arranged pick up and drop off the airport, he gave us excellent advices. We will come back again.
