Particularly noteworthy is the friendliness of the staff. We had a lot of fun with them during our stay. Overall, it was a great experience for us.

Hôtel près de l’aéroport de Rhodes avec stationnement. Très bien conçu pour maximiser l’intimité des hôtes grâce à de beaux jardins séparant les terrasses. Chambre confortable et très bien décorée. Petit déjeuner inclus et très varié. Personnel sympathique. Vraiment une bonne adresse!

Absolutely loved Cooks Club. Really nice location which is slightly away from the main streets. The on-site shop is a great touch and we used this for water. The bar is really nice and the lunch menu in particular is great. Breakfast is good too but could use a little more variety between days. The pool area is lovely with loads of sun beds for when it is busier. Rooms are very well equipped and spacious! Loved the hotel and Rhodes in general!

Wir waren von der Evakuierung aus Gennadi bei den Bränden auf Rodos im Juli 2023 betroffen. Die erste Nacht haben wir in Afandou verbracht. Weder unser Reiseveranstalter noch die Reiseversicherung konnten ein freies Zimmer finden. Eine Familie hat uns freundlicherweise für eine Nacht aufgenommen. Sonst hätten wir in einer Schule auf dem Boden übernachtet. Für zweite Nacht habe ich über Expedia nur das teure Zimmen im Cook's Club Ialysos gefunden. Ganz regulär reserviert und im Voraus den vollen Preis bezahlt. Beim Check-In (und auch den ganzen Tag) war im Hotel kein Andrang, jedoch hat das Personal so getan, daß sie durch die Situation überlastet waren. Man hat auch mit viel Pathos erklärt, daß wir das Zimmer nicht wie gewöhnlich um 14 Uhr, sondern "bereits" um 13 Uhr beziehen können. Im Vergleich zu der Leistung vieler Inselbewohner, die ehrenamtlich rund um die Uhr die Turisten aus dem Gefahrenbereich brachten, mit Essen und Trinken versorgt haben,ist es geradezu lächerlich. Im Hotel-Restaurant mussten man die Getränke und das Essen im Voraus bei der Bestellung bezahlen. Das habe ich bei meinen vielen Reisen in verschiedenste Länder der Welt noch nie erlebt. Das Personal war nicht so freundlich, wie man es für diesen Zimmer-Preis und Sterne-Anzahl erwarten könnte. Der Gedanke, dass man die Situation ausgenutzt hat steht im Raum. Man war quasi gezwungen jeden Preis zu zahlen, weil es nichts anders gab. Diese Hotel will sicher nur unser Allerbestes - unser Geld.

Liebe Gaeste,Wir koennen Ihre Situation verstehen und es tut uns fuerchterlich Leid, dass Sie Ihren Urlaub Aufgrund des Feuers nicht im urspruenglich gebuchten Hotel in Gennadi verbringen konntenWir hatten waerend Ihres Aufenthaltes Menschen in unserem Hotel aufgenommen diese auch vom Feuer betroffen waren . Menschen die in Hallen vorher uebernachtet haben und im Hotel eine Bleibe gefunden haben (nicht in Zimmer, weil das Hotel voll war , sondern in einem Raum was das Hotel zu Verfuegung gestellt hat ) und waren sehr dankbar dafuer.Haben diese Menschen mit viel Liebe Empfangen und versorgt. Sie haben direkt ueber Expedia von Ihrer Seite aus unser Hotel gebucht und die Zimmerkategorie mit Verpflegung Fruehstueck, ohne Essen, ( Halbpension - Mittag oder Abendessen )Unsere Hotelrezeption hat Ihnen Ihr Zimmer bereits um 13:00 statt 14:00 zum beziehen gegeben. Normalerweise ist unser Check in um 14:00 Uhr.Im Hotel sind alles sehr bedrueckt gewesen wegen der gesamtem Situation. Mit Freundlichen Gruessen

Best 4 star hotel I have been and it beats lot of 5 star hotels as well. Clean , modern , good food n drinks , good tunes , amazing location!

Die Unterkunft war hervorragend vorallem die Bungalows sind sehr schön angelegt. Die Musik war tagsüber sowie abends am Pool wirklich gut und abwechslungsreich (Programm am Abend). Top Hotel! Wir empfehlen es absolut weiter.

My room was basically clean, although there was a small bloodstain on the bedsheet. However, it felt barren: no way to make even a cup of tea or coffee. My big complaint is about communication. When I asked the man at the front desk to call me a cab to the airport, he volunteered that it would cost 8 to 10 euros. So, I foolishly took the cab without questioning the driver and was charged 19 euros, the same as the fare to the airport from downtown Rhodes. (The hotel is only about a quarter to a third of the distance away.). I asked the driver if his company has a special deal with the hotel, and he said that WAS the special deal. A sad ending to my pleasant stay on Rhodes.

The room type you booked does not include coffee making facilities which is clearly written in our description but you could have easily ordered a room service. Regarding the Taxi orders, allow us to specifiy that the only agreement we have is to use their application for customer's service. The only responsible for the charges, is the taxi company itself. Checking our log book i see that no other issues have been reported from your side in our reception team during our stay. We are very sorry that we received a low rating for issues that are beyond our control, but we respect your opinion and we will be glad to welcome you again hopefully for more overnights next time, so you can have to opportunity to meet our real service.

Hot Tub Room
We picked the Hot Tub room and it was lovely, the room was spacious and clean. Pillows are very plump so we did have difficulty sleeping due to neck pain but other than that it wasn't too bad. Breakfast buffet was lovely, location is quite remote so I would advise getting a car so you can travel yourself to see Rhodes. Staff were lovely, they don't give you an iron so bring your own or steamer. We brought a steamer from home. The restaurant staff go above and beyond which is really nice. You will need to wipe your stuff before packing as I had ants in my sliders so had to tap them away so you don't get bitten. Hot tub was great although we had a few nights that were very very windy so the curtains would fly open, ideally they should have a fastener between the 2 curtains so they stay closed even in the wind. But the hot tub was needed. It takes a few hours to heat so if you know your going to use it at some point, set the temp before hand.

Modernes Hotel mit wahnsinnig freundlichem Personal. Vor allem die Putzdamen sind so nett. Sehr sauber. Coole Musik am Pool. Viel Auswahl beim Frühstück und eine schöne Terrasse zum sitzen. Was mir sehr gut gefällt , ist die Tierfreundlichkeit. Ich gehe nur in tierfreundliche Hotels. Seid weiterhin lieb zu euren Katzen! Auch sehr gefallen hat mir die persönliche Karte und der Wein auf meinem Zimmer bei Ankunft. Einziger Nachteil ist die Lage: Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Taxi nach Rhodos Stadt kostet 20 euro . Bushaltestelle wäre aber in der Nähe.
