Unfortunately, by law, we are not permitted to install a public bathroom down to the beach, however there is a restroom near to the reception that our guests’ can use at any time of the day.Regarding the issue that you mention about the front desk manager, we would like to inform you that room upgrades are always conducted depending on room availability. The reception staff and the front office manager as well, ensure our guests’ that if there is an available room for them to transfer to, they will be notified immediately. Therefore, if you did not get any notifications regarding the matter, it was possibly due to the fact that the hotel had no availability for a room change. After all, both the fastest and most efficient service of our guests and their satisfaction is our greatest goal, something that is also evident in our reviews.Finally, with regards to the breakfast, we always try to satisfy the taste preferences of all our numerous guests. We always try to satisfy the taste preferences of all our numerous guests. Thus, our buffet changes daily and offers a great variety of soups, salads, appetizers, main dishes and desserts. Our menus are mostly based on the Greek and Mediterranean cuisine while we use fresh ingredients of top quality from local producers. Additionally, each and every dish is cooked with special attention and precision to detail.It is also our pleasure to hear that you enjoyed our private beach. After all, Kos offers a variety of great beaches and quite a few of them are widely celebrated for being Blue Flag.
