Jetset-liv på Mykonos
Rent och mysigt rum med kylskåp. Irini som äger hotellet är supertrevlig och väldigt hjälpsam. Kom med vindruvor till oss när vi kom första dagen. Bästa läget i området Laka, hjärtat av Mykonos stad. Busshållplatsen Fabrika ligger 100 m därifrån där man kan ta badbussar ifrån. Om jag åker dit igen väljer jag samma pensionat. Däremot är området inte handikappvänligt.

Amazing location and very cute rooms. Had trouble contacting the owner to come get us the number I was given did not pick up. Was a little noisy near by at night which we could hear from our room. Overall a good stay for what we payed.

Great location at a budget price.
This is a quaint pension in the top section of the old port. 2 mins from the bus terminal, 1 min from grocery store and several restaurants very close by.

Singola stanza 3 letti senza finestre
Si tratta di una singola camera con 3 letti, sprovvista di finestre se non una microfinestra in bagno e la possibilità di aprire una finestra nella seconda porta. La camera ha due porte entrambe che danno su sfoghi di cucine quindi non si possono aprire a meno di non voler sapere di fritto e cibo per i successivi giorni. Il bagno (piccolo ma curato), i letti e la stanza erano puliti e adeguati per il resto, ma dormire in un mini bunker per 230 euro non mi ha reso felicissimo dell'esperienza (d'altronde la mia alternativa era dormire per strada con tutta la famiglia quindi mi sono adeguato).

Posizione ottimale, nela zona pedonale, a due passi dallo stazionamento degli autobus in piazza Fabrika. Nonostante la posizione centrale, è silenziosa. Avevamo la camera n 8, al piano terrra, senza balcone, solo con finestra su strada, quindi da tenere sempre chiusa. Pulita, ma con arredi minimali. Lavandino che scorreva e, anche se il primo giorno l'abbiamo segnalato, non è stato riparato, cosicchè l'ultimo giorno si è praticamente allagato il bagno.

The apartment by itself is nice, cozy, but quite small. We stayed in room nuber 11, snd what I didn't like was that every evening until late night someone was sitting outside and tslking really loud, so it was not possible to sleep with the window open. Also, there was 1 wardrobe wigh around 10 hangers, and it had only 1 shelf. Not really enough space to keep your clothing, lingerie, etc. Bathroom as usual in Greece - open space, so after shower everything around is wet, all floor flooded. But lady who was cleaning, provided excellent service, every day room was cleaned, and towels changed every day too. Was quite difficult to find the apartment.

The location was very convinient, close to shops and restaurants. The room was clean, small and simple and the bathroom and shower were extremely small. It was dificult to find the place we were turning around on the small strees of the village dragging our luggages because we didn't find any sign of Dimitra pension and couldn't call the owner bcs. we didn't have a sim card from the country.

Convenient location
It was very nice to stay at this part of the island, as there was local shop with good prices, coffee shop at short distance, bus stop and fairly quite small beach in 5-10min walk. Very clean place with daily care. Irini was very helpful as well. The only thing I probably missed was a kettle, but there were all other options for hot drink from local suppliers.

absolutely amazing stay! location is close to everything. Host (Mrs. Irini) was extreamly helpful. A detailed message on directions was sent upon our arrival, with a phone number. She met up with us and was soooo kind. would recommend 100%

A pleasant stay at a fair price
We spent 3 nights in Dimitra pension in June. The location is in the city centre, in less than 2 minutes walk you get to the old port and to fabrica which is where all buses depart to all the main attractions in Mykonos. The cleaning lady always kind and same was the owner who warmly welcomed us on our first day.

Hard to find but nice place
First, the host never responded to my messages about the website booking me an extra room (and charging me for it). It was also extremely hard to find, we asked several restaurants but finally found the host. (Use the stairs to get to the house above the grocery market). The room itself was very clean and the AC and wifi worked great. There are only two outlets however and the beds are pretty stiff. The host was very nice in person and showed us tons of places to go on the map and even straightened up our room while we were gone during the day!

We were unable to stay after 3 nights without sleep: very noisy and irritable neighbors banging, shouting, slamming doors. We moved to another hotel. The room itself, though small, was fine. If you're out partying, you probably won't mind - but avoid if you want a proper night's sleep and a peaceful stay.

Sono stato dalla signora irina dall 1 al 6 agosto. La posizione è molto buona perché è vicino al centro di mykonos e soprattutto vicino a piazza lakka, dove si prendono gli autobus e taxi. Pulizia eccellente. La signora è disponibile in qualsiasi momento. Sicuramente da consigliare per chi vuole star comodo.

Late flight, early morning ferry so we just stayed one night,. The pension is excellent value for money. It is well placed(a little tricky to find), spotlessly clean and comfortable. It fitted the bill perfectly

Déçu que Hotels.com ne vérifie pas la localisation de l'hôtel, car Après un voyage avion+transport on arrive toujours fatigué devant la réception, mais là arrive à la localisation indiqué ni réception ni l'hôtel, c’Est on a pas de quoi appeler l'hôtel...! j’appelle je tombe sur un centre d’appel qui parle pas français, j’essaye de comprendre comment trouver la boutique pour chercher les clés...!ouff. Pour la chambre c’est bien pour une ou 2 nuit, car Trop petit et le bruit de la climatisation de magasin en face insupportable jusqu’à minuit 1h, et la climatisation de l'extérieur envoie Toute la poussière et les saletés de pigeons ver la chambre, je suis repartie avec les yeux rouges, et comme c’est un hôtel fumeur impossible de respiré la nuit avec les fenêtres ouvertes, et la douche dans les toilettes super étroit si tu pues plus de 65kg impossible de rentrer, femme de ménage elle et gentille mais elle parle sans arrêt sur son portable dans les couloirs di 9h de matin, les serviettes ne sans pas laver avec une machine professionnel, elle reste toujours une odeurs un peu sale, et beaucoup d'autres détails c’est déjà trop long, résumée je conseille pas cette hôtel à plus d’une nuit, et pas pour tous le monde.

Excellent!
The owner was very nice and helpful, she took time out of her day to help us out! Very clean rooms and the cleaning lady was very kind, she gave us fresh sheets and towels everyday and tidied up the room. We were in a great location, 1 minute from the bus station, 2 minutes from the windmills, and basically downtown Mykonos. 5 minute walk to the old port gave us the option of taking the seabus (2 euros) to the new port for our ferry, Overall great experience, little worried about the comforters having bed bugs (saw some things crawling around) so I suggest you keep them in the cupboards instead of taking them out as we did!

Gostei de tudo. Já era esperado. Inclusive a dificuldade para achar o estabelecimento. Faça o seguinte: pegue o ônibus no porto de Myconos (2,50 euros) e desça no ponto FABRIKA. Entre no centrinho e procure o restaurante Marco Polo ou market. Lá informarão onde mora a Dimitra (acho que ela mora em cima do mercadinho). Ao encontrá-la, lhe levará até o estabelecimento.É o prédio da foto do qual tem vários quartos limpos e novinhos. Na saída é só deixar a chave dentro do quarto. A localização não poderia ser melhor. Excelente. Use o GPS se achar necessário para andar até a pensão. A Dimitra é atenciosa. Nos deu um mapa e apontou os pontos principais na cidade. Dali irão para quase todas as praias. Só pegar o ônibus que custa 1,80 euros.

Wir konnten die Unterkunft zuerst nicht finden, da es keine Hausnummer und kein Schild gibt. Das Einchecken war schwierig, da niemand dort war. Andere Gäste haben uns einen Supermarkt genannt, wo wir erst hinlaufen mussten. Dort wurde die Besitzerin dann angerufen. Es war immer sehr laut und auf die Nachfrage, ob wir unsere Koffer bis zur Abreise lagern können, haben wir bis heute keine Antwort erhalten. Allerdings ist die Lage super. Das wars auch schon.

We liked everything about the property. Irene was very kind to us. She gave very good tips. We stayed at an apartment with a street view which was very nice. The room was awesome and the shower the best, so far. The only advice I would give to the property owner is to add a sign of the “hotel” somewhere because we spent 30 mins trying to find the property. A sign at he front door would be amazing helpful to the owner and to the people who stays there. Property is perfect located with a free parking nearby and lots of good restaurants, small shops and point of interests.

posizione strategica per mikonos, anche se inizialmente non facilissima da trovare perchè (fortunatamente) un pò nascosta e riparata dal chiasso notturno. Pensione ristrutturata e pulita televisione in camera solo con canali greci, e wifi un pò deboluccio. rapporto qualità prezzo ad agosto un pò esagerato, in altre località a quel prezzo si va in un 5 stelle, ma considerando che a MIkonos è tutto esagerato come prezzi, può andare bene.
