Regarding the parking, unfortunately it is not in our hand to change it, once the city is build that way. Also, it is not allowed from the municipality to have private spots on the street. We would like to assure you that guest's feedback is taken into serious consideration towards the way for improvement. Please allow me to clarify that on our page it was never mentioned that we are offering a free parking place, once the city is build that way, that very few hotels are having their own private parking. As for the problem of television, because the solution had to come from an external partner, it was very difficult to find it and solve it in such a short time. However, we understand your frustration and we are really sorry about that. Dear Mathieu, Thank you very much for your kind words. We are sorry that we didn't reach your expectations of our hotel. First of all, we would expect that our customers would arrive in Greece well informed for the situation concerning their accommodation due to Covid-19. Thorough health and safety training measures have been put in place for all members of staff, including the correct procedures for wearing the personal protective equipment, social distancing awareness and case notification protocols. In this matter is included the registration papers that you have to complete with the arrival to a hotel. We are sorry that you misunderstood our way of doing things, but we are following the lines that the goverment has given to us and that's the only way of preventing or locate any possible case. Furthermore, daily housekeeping is now forbidden by the local authorities and many amenities such as minibar,coffee machine,cups,menu had to be taken away. The housekeeping service, as well as bedding and linens clean and change frequency has now been reduced to 3 days. Additional housekeeping service can be provided under certain conditions and upon request. So, we weren't informed that you wanted a daily housekeeping. Finally, it is very important to have the feedback from our guests during their staying, so our staff could be able to fullfil our customers requests, for instance the hot water or the dirt in the jacuzzi that we didn't know about.
