Great!
Really great service, kind and welcoming personnel, and great room. The only negative thing I have to say is that the beds were a little too hard for me, but that’s a personal opinion. I have a pretty hard bed at home so I like them that way, but these were on the brink of to hard.

Charming hotel in the old town with a friendly helpful staff and wonderful breakfast. Was a wonderful location from which to explore Chania.

Very nice and welcoming staff. The roof deck photos are misleading because it looks like it is a lounge area that serves meals or drinks, but there’s no furniture up there and they do not serve up there.

Very nice stay
Very nice hotel at the very good place. Excellent breakfast, big rooms and beautiful place. Only little thing there should have been A wine bottle ready in the room for silver client and there was not and there wasn’t anyone at the reception in the evening or in the morning before we left so we could not ask for that. But all the other things were great.

The place to be in Chania
Very good position to both the city centre and chora beach, if you are up for a 10 minutes stroll in the morning. Staff extremely helpful for any needs. If ever in Chania again, that is the olace to be.

Notre chambre « Poseidon » était au rez de chaussé à côté de l’office des femmes de chambre, porte qui claque. La salle petits déjeuners étant située à proximité, le réveil se fait tôt car la personne, d’ailleurs pas très aimable, en charge de ces petits déjeuners ne fait pas les choses en douceur. Dommage car cet hôtel est parfaitement situé et de bon goût.

Beautiful hotel. Breakfast was wonderful. The lady at the front desk was phenomenal. We were staying with friends in Old Town Chania for a week and there are no cars within the city. She outlined a map and it was quite a walk with our suitcases but we never got lost. Great customer service. Tell her Thankyou.

It was a medium quantity hotel. No view at all and no amenities. They said they provided 2 bottles of water and even that wasn’t it. Hugely overpriced for what they offer

Speciaal geselecteerd met Parking, maar die moest je dan zelf maar zoeken want die was er niet dus 15 minuten te voet met bagage stappen , reactie aan receptie was : I’m sorry. En ontbijt trok op niets , na het ontbijt 50 meter verder echte koffie gaan drinken en tweede ochtend gewoon daar gaan ontbijten , je moet goed te been zijn in het hotel want zeer stijle oude trappen

Nice location, noisy room.
The location is fantastic, right in the old town, very close to the harbour where there are all the restaurants are on the water's edge. The room itself is ok. We had a room with a balcony, onto the street. The only issue was that in the evening, the street is full of restaurants with tables in the street, so it gets very noisy. We tried closing the window and switching on the ac. The ac was incredibly noisy as well. So with out ac it was hot with Ac it was very noisy. When the restaurants closed, we tried to open the balcony door for air but the compressor of the room next door is on the balcony and it was on and also very noisy. Good choice for breakfast.

The front desk was very friendly and met our needs. We had to leave @6am, asked if it is possible to have 2 breakfast boxes ready to go, and the front desk had them ready by 9 pm.

Alles war perfekt! Wir hatten das Classic Zimmer und es hat alles gepasst. Alles war sauber, schön und gemütlich. Wir waren zwei junge Mädels und die liebevolle Dame, die uns empfangen hat, ist einfach nur super nett! Die Dame, die unser Frühstück bereitet hat und natürlich der junge Herr wären auch sehr sehr freundlich. Man hat sich super super wohl gefühlt. Egal was für ein Anliegen oder Problem wir hatten, es wurde uns sofort geholfen. Die Lage natürlich perfekt am Hafen. Keine 5 Minuten und man war über all, ob in der Stadt oder am Ufer bei den Restaurants. Ich würde sogar 10 Sterne vergeben! Absolute Empfehlung! Vielen lieben Dank an das Personal ☺️

Fantastic hotel right near the old town and restaurants. Comfortable spacious rooms, nice breakfast, lovely friendly, knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend this property and would have no hesitation staying here again.

In a perfect place to explore Chania. Pedestrianised so no traffic noise. Lots of restaurants outside but shutters and windows kept most of the noise out. Roof terrace for breakfast if you ask. They will carry your tray up. Breakfast if good but annoying when run out of cereal. Staff very attentive and helpful. If you hire a car the public parking suggested is always full. They did then tell us about another car park but that is 5-10 mins walk from hotel.

It is true that during the months of September and October the Venetian harbor is still very much alive and vibrant, creating shortage of parking spots even at the biggest parking areas in Chania town.
