Fantastiskt boende med vidsträckt utsikt!
Boendet var helt fantastiskt. Sviten var rymlig och riktigt fint inredd. Uteplatsen med tillhörande eldstad och pool var helt magisk. Hela anläggningen var smakfullt inredd med belysning och blommor. Personalen var trevliga och hjälpsamma. Vi kommer garanterat återkomma.

We had a wonderful and peaceful stay at Emerald Villas and Suites. Irene was so friendly and helpful. The property was beautiful with the most incredible views!! Within a short 5 minutes drive to the port where we enjoyed dinner and a small beach. Highly recommend!!

We really enjoyed this property. Customer service is top notch. They can arrange anything you want to do or place to eat. The suites are well designed and the patios are amazing. You are on the side of the mountain overlooking the whole island out onto the ocean. Highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed. A lasting tip. Take the shuttle to the property from airport. Like $79 euros. Then have the office arrange you a rental car. Only $35 euros a day. Having your own car saves you money and allows you to explore the island at your own pace.

Great stay in the Deluxe Villa
We had the Deluxe Villa and it was really good. Exactly as described. The service was excellent with wonderful staff. Great communication and very responsive to requests. They set up a WhatsApp chat when we arrived which we could use to communicate with reception, which is down the hill. The front desk responded almost instantly to sort whatever we needed. The villa was very well stocked with kitchen implements/appliances and dishes and utensils. Just know you do need to bring anything perishable or disposable (eg you need to supply your own cooking oil, salt/pepper, paper towels, etc). They provided enough charcoal and lighter cubes for at least three barbecues though, which was great! The house was spotlessly clean every day. There really was everything you need for a fun group holiday - eg a great sound system inside and outside, a few games, Smart TVs etc.

Emerald Villas- an absolute gem.
Emerald Villas is a wonderful place to stay. Communication before arrival was excellent. We had to submit our details along with ETA and these were acknowledged along with details of how to get to the property from the airport. These instructions were spot on and we found the place easily. Christina was waiting outside of reception as we pulled up. She showed us to our villa and gave us great information on everything we needed to know and they were always on hand at reception if needed. We did not need anything during our stay. The cleaners came daily at a convenient time to us and did a great job. The classic villa was perfect; roomy and comfortable. The outside space is stunning with a spectacular view. The October weather was perfect and we used the BBQ twice. The nearby restaurants were lovely. The pool is unheated and so had to get in slowly but once in and swimming it was perfect. The area the villa is in is quiet and relaxing and a car is very useful to see the island or go shopping at a resort (Alkynes) about 30 mins away. However it is possible to walk into the port of Agios Nikolaos which we did a couple of times but be prepared for the uphill walk back! The time we spent at Emerald Villas was amazing and we felt so relaxed after our holiday and did not want to come home! Can’t wait to return sometime.

This villa had to be my favorite place I have ever stayed. It is absolutely beautiful! The view from the bedroom, having your own pool and having the privacy of your own space is unbeatable. Would 100 percent recommend if you plan to stay in Zakynthos.

The cave suite has everything you need to have a wonderful holiday, including an amazing view, a room with all amenities you could need and some of the most friendly and professional staff we’ve ever encountered. The worst thing about it is that you will wish that you would’ve booked just one more day when it’s s time to go. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent views of the beautiful coastline on the northern part of the island. Villa is spectacular with only one criticism that the pool is not heated. Otherwise the property was incredible. Area is a little quiet, with no good supermarkets, but the scenery is incredible.

Top villa en top service
Nog nooit heb ik een accommodatie gehad dat zo schoon was! Echt uitmuntend. De service is absoluut geweldig. Personeel super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We verbleven hier tijdens een orkaan die over het eiland ging. Wat wij begrepen was dit de heftigste storm die het eiland in 20 jaar heeft mee gemaakt maar het personeel van emerald heeft er alles aan gedaan om het zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken. Er was geen stroom voor een aantal dagen zoals op het grootste gedeelte van het eiland maar ze kwamen geregeld langs om te kijken of alles nog goed ging en met kaarsen en bbq spullen om er voor te zorgen dat het toch een onvergetelijke trip werd. De villa’s zelf zijn ongelovelijk mooi en een perfecte locatie voor het ontdekken van het noordelijk deel van het eiland.

Absolutely beautiful villa with a great view of the ocean. Service was great. Met us early in the morning with a welcome basket after we got into zakynthos at 6:00am Way more space than we needed.

Paradis på Zakynthos
Et fantastisk og stille sted Nord-Vest på Øya, med en spektakulær utsikt over det joniske hav og en soloppgang som man sent vil glemme. Personalet var hyggelig og imøtekommende, og var behjelpelig med eventuelle spørsmål jeg hadde. Rommet var moderne og rent, og hadde det meste en trenger. Uteområde er privat og bassenget hadde perfekt størrelse. Husk at bassenget ikke er oppvarmet, så det er perfekt for å kjøle seg ned på en varm dag. Totalt sett så ville jeg anbefale dette stedet på det sterkeste, og jeg nok komme tilbake neste gang jeg er på Zakynthos.

We stayed in the panoramic suites for 7 nights. It was amazing! The villa was lush and beautifully decorated! The infinity pool was just a dream! The whole layout was just perfect! We didn’t hire a car but Aggelos was ever so helpful with giving us lifts to the mini market down by the port and looked after us beyond our expectations! He was just so nice and welcoming when we checked in too! He arranged a trip to Shipwreck Beach viewpoint for us to take some amazing pictures and watch the sunset! Wow! We were definitely amazed and that was one of the highlights of our stay! I want to thank Aggelos and Luis so much for being so kind, caring and their helpfulness was really appreciated. It’s so nice to get a 5 star service when you don’t expect it! We would recommend these villas to everyone, and would definitely go back again! I miss this place already!

A place to relax and chill
The Suite is 5-min drive away from Agios Nikolaos (small beach port), the nearest to catch a boat to the Shipwreck beach. Inside the Suite, a large bed, bathroom comes with Korres (brand) shower gel and shampoo, hairdryer, with a compact kitchen area, standard size fridge & freezer, kettle, etc. you've all your need for a comfy getaway. Highlight is the infinity pool, with a sun-bed, deckchairs, sun-umbrella, outdoor table and chairs, etc. huge outdoor space. Each standard Suite is directly facing East, you can watch sun rise laying in bed. Aggelos, the manager who looked after the Suites, gave us the warmest welcome and made our stay special.

Séjour parfait
Emarald Villas est un ensemble de petites villas privées avec chambre à l'étage et terrasse et piscine privée. Équipement complet : lave linge, lave vaisselle, cuisinière climatisation dans toutes les pièces, télévisions, bains de soleil et parasol. Vue sur mer. C'était parfait. Un endroit exceptionnel et très calme.

The property was in a fantastic location and wonderfully looked after. On entry the room and infinity pool was amazing You definitely need a car unless you want to stay in your room for the entire trip!

One of the most amazing places I have ever stayed. Traveled to over 20 countries and Emerald Villas ranks in the top three. Great host Aggelos helped us every step of the way. Only thing was the WiFi was not that strong in the villa but had more bonding experience with family.

Très agréable séjour
La suite panoramic est très belle et propre. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Nous y avons passé 3 nuits en mai 2019. Le gros plus de cette Villa est la terrasse avec piscine sans vis-à-vis. Attention toutefois l'eau de la piscine n'est pas chauffée, mais ce n'est pas gênant. Supérette à moins de 10 minutes en voiture au port d'Agios Nikolaos, beaucoup de restaurant également, et lieu de départ des excursions vers les grottes bleues et la plage de Navagio.

Beautiful cave suite, really well equipped, air con, dishwasher, washing machine etc. Spectacular views over infinity pool to sea beyond. Lovely staff who were so helpful. Spotlessly clean.
