This is a beautiful hotel right across the street from the sea. Rooms are bright, clean and comfortable and the design of the facility is unique and modern. The breakfast / dinner buffets are outstanding.

Très bel hôtel avec de bonnes prestations. Chambre propre avec vue sur la piscine. Personnel accueillant et serviable. Cependant petit point négatif, la qualité de la restauration n’est pas au rendez-vous. C’est dommage

Second time and will stay again
Second time at this property and will stay again. I had recommended this property to friends too who also stayed there. This time I have tried the buffet dinner and was quite happy with the selection and taste. Room is spacious and well appointed apart from the mirror which was located on the wall by the bed (minor inconvenience). The property has also great sunset views.

Wunderschönes Hotel mit super netten und hilfsbereiten Personal und extrem hoher Sauberkeit. Das Essen war super vor allem das Frühstück und das à la carte Essen mittags an der Beach Bar. Der wirklich einzige Kritikpunkt ist die Straße zwischen Hotel und Strand, die sehr befahren ist (gibt aber eine Unterführung zum Strand) & das weder ein Supermarkt noch Souvenir Shop direkt am Hotel sind.

This is a wonderful destination for anyone visiting the Irepetra area of Crete and looking for an all inclusive experience. The staff is attentive & friendly, the rooms clean & comfortable, the food delicious and the the views and amenities amazing. Comes with my highest recommendation - you will not be disappointed!!!

Hotel is truly wonderful: architecture, cleannes, amazing food, quiet space, parking, welcoming with bubbles, we had some snacks saved for us as we arrived after the dinner time. Stuff is really helpful and overal atmosphere is nice and relaxing. There were a few negative sides though: it would often smell like you are on a farm (not sure if it's seasonal smell), shower was leaking, the sink was fairly blocked. The hotel is new but some small things like this definitely could have been fixed. Food in general is great but almost all the deserts had artificial taste so we had to stick to savory options and fruit. SPA at the hotel is overpriced and prices are not written anywhere, so we were under impression that staff was making them up as we spoke. There are free morning yoga classes 3 times a week, but the teacher didn't adjust her program at all and continued with advanced poses even though many participants were clearly beginners (there were no tips provided). I would say that all the positives are still overweight a few negatives, so I would happily recommend this hotel.

The hotel was perfect for a relaxing week's vacation with my girlfriend. What I really liked was the staff, the food and the facilities. We arrived were greeted with sparkling wine and we wäre brought to the room with a golf card and got a massage, just a dream. Also the beach very relaxing with nice facilities. Definitely will come back.

The Enorme Santanna Beach Hotel is a beautiful and design Hotel located in front of the beach. We had a very nice and clean room with a terrasse with a great view on the sea. The room was spacious and well equipped, the bathroom nice and clean. All the staff was extremly friendly with a everytime needed a lot of attention. The breakfast and evening buffets were very tasty, offering a wide choice of food, vegetables, fisch, bread,... If you are looking for a great place to enjoy the "dolce vita" and spend some quality time, the Santanna Hotel is the right place!

We were welcomed with a very friendly and courteous staff, always quick to help and serve. The property itself is very clean and modern with varying levels of amenities, pool bar on the higher level, 2nd level has dining tables and chairs with mood lighting and the next level is the restaurant, all with amazing views of the beach, sea, coastal village and mountains. A real panorama! The restaurant served buffet style breakfast and dinner with lots of variety and themes each evening, delicious! The beach was just across the street which you could access by taking the elevator or stairs through a short tunnel and onto the beach in seconds with lounge chairs, canopy beds and umbrella’s and beach bar. Overall awesome hotel for all ages, there were families, young couples and old….we were all looking for the same thing, relaxing and safe, clean, modern environment with spectacular views! Will go again! The only negative was you need jelly shoes to enter the water…there’s rock and it’s a little slippery.

The service at Enorme Santanna Beach is really excellent. The resort is gorgeous, the view is divine, and you are on the beach. The pool area is great, with lounge beds in the pool, a fabulous pool bar serving delicious food and drinks. Everything was here and my only complaint is that I don’t care for buffet dining. But the food is great and there are options to order food to your room. We booked rather last minute and were really pleasantly surprised by the property. Would stay here again and will recommend to friends and family.

One of the best accommodations we have ever seen. Service was top notch (they even thought of preparing some sandwiches because we checked in really late - and they prepared huge take-away breakfast because we checked out very early). They also offer complimentary dinners in addition to expected breakfast. The view is breathtaking, the parking is easy and the beach is great, too. Beware, though, that you'd most likely want to have water shoes for swimming - the water is emerald and crystal clear, but is not your generic sandy beach, the bottom is lava and slate rock, kinds slippery. Once you get deep enough you are just fine. Of course, they have a terrific pool area with a bar and evening live entertainment. All in all, excellent experience.

Super lækkert sted med god service - bare lidt irriterende man vælger at pudse vinduer om morgen og man vågner med øjenkontakt med en vinduespudser. Maden var en fornøjelse med stor variation af mange forskellige retter og temaer.

Lovely stay, but head into town for atmosphere
We had a lovely stay at the hotel, we had a 'superior swim up room with a shared pool' which had a great view of Irapetra for sunsets. I would recommend this type of room as the one to get, you can see several 'private pool' rooms as you walk around the hotel, and although these sound better on paper, they are not as good. Some are very exposed to people walking past and there is also not enough room next to them for two proper sunbeds (they only have bean bag style seats). Our room had two sunbeds. Breakfast and dinner were included (buffet) and while the food was, on the whole, good I think it is important to note that the restaurant does not have a great atmosphere. It is not big enough to seat the whole hotel (when full) in one go so there were two sittings when we were there (6:30 - 7:45 & 7:45 - 9). If you are after a romantic evening meal with your partner this is not the place, it is quite hectic (with people getting up and down for food) and (if seated near the buffet) the lights are so bright it is too much. You also feel quite rushed, which is often the case with buffets. Getting a seat outside is more preferable if you are able to but they are limited. If you want a romantic dinner and some atmosphere I would recommend going into town, we had two excellent meals at Zorba's (25-30 min walk of 6 euro cab). When the hotel is full (as it was when we were there) depending on the time you get to breakfast you may need to wait for a table, which is annoying.

Bel hôtel situé devant une grande plage bien entretenue, comportant des chambres très bien équipées. Le petit déjeuner et le dîner sont excellents. Cependant nous avons été déçus à notre arrivée d’avoir une chambre sans terrasse privative donnant directement sur la piscine. Suite à notre demande, nous avons changé de chambre, cette fois avec terrasse privative mais située sous le groupe climatisation extérieure générant énormément de bruit !! La chambre 132 est à éviter absolument !

Hôtel neuf (2020), personnel adorable (les plus gentils que l’on ait trouvé crête). Petit déjeuner bon et copieux, dîner sur format de buffet bon aussi. Les piscines privées sont sympas meme si un peu les unes sur les autres, mais vu le tarif de l’hôtel et la bouteille de champagne en arrivant nous pouvons que être content.
