Es war ein Toller Aufenthalt das essen war super der Poolbereich war gut das meer einfach traumhaft. Man braucht keinen mietwaten aber es wäre vorteilhaft um mehr von der küste zu sehen. Liegen kosten ab 7 euro zwei Stück was voll in Ordnung geht. Das Team von Eva Mare war super.

Fantastica location!!
La location è perfetta, direttamente sulla spiaggia di Psaromoura beach. La signora della reception poco cordiale. Le pulizie dovrebbero migliorarle e soprattutto le signore delle pulizie dovrebbero bussare prima di entrare in stanza. Consiglio solo la colazione perché gli altri pasti meglio alla carta perché trattano meglio.

Gute Unterkunft, schlechter Umgang mit Gästen.
Wir haben insgesamt 3 Nächte im Eva Mare Hotels & Suites verbracht. Bereits am 1.Tag stellte sich heraus, dass die Klimaanlage (bei 33 Grad) nicht funktioniert. Daraufhin haben wir uns an der Rezeption an einen Eigentümer gewandt, dieser kam nach kurzer Zeit ins Zimmer und prüfte (telefonierte lautstark) die Klimaanlage. Damit die Klimaanlage angeschaltet werden kann, müssen sich Sensoren an der Balkontür berühren, indem die Balkontüre geschlossen wird. Vor unseren Augen wurde der Sensor von der Tür abgerissen und anschließend wurde der Techniker gerufen. Am gleichen Abend (22 Uhr) erhalten wir die Mitteilung, dass die Klimaanlage aktuell nicht funktioniert und erst auf Anfrage von uns wurde ein Ventilator angeboten. Die erste Nacht war entsprechend unangenehm und nicht erholsam. Erst nachdem wir uns am nächsten Morgen bei Hotels.com beschwert haben, dass die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert und wir keinen Schlaf bekamen, haben wir von den Eigentümern ein Upgrade bekommen, d.h. ein Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und Meerblick. Aufgrund dieser Situation war der weitere Aufenthalt sehr unangenehm. Bei jeder Begegnung mit den Eigentümer wurde uns immer ein unfreundliches (nicht gastorientiertes) Verhalten entgegengebracht. Unser Fazit: wenn man kleines Budget und Extras wie z.B. einen kostenlosen Parkplatz haben möchte ist das Eva Mare eine gute Unterkunft. Dennoch ist in Sachen Kundenservice viel Luft nach oben.

Wonderful ocean view from rooms and restaurant, great selection of food and Greek specialties for breakfast. Everything is tastefully decorated in a modern Greek style. It is hard to leave this beauty.

No room available in the hotel...taken to another place. Not happy. Inferior quality, cheap and nasty. Very disappointed with treatment - if I book a hotel, I expect to stay in that one.

Nettes kleines Hotel mit familiärem Flair. Ruhige Lage und 3 min vom Strand entfernt. Schön sind auch die sunbeds mit Sonnenschutz. Gestört haben aber die vielen Flecken auf allen Polstern. Die Bar ist von 11 bis 23 Uhr geöffnet und bietet im AI die wichtigsten Getränke und 2 Cocktails. Sonst ist AI eher erweiterte Vollpension. Dafür wird aber nicht so viel weggeschmissen. Ich war im Großen und Ganzen zufrieden.

Hübsches und ruhiges Hotel in Strandnähe.
Da das Hotel am Ende der Straße liegt, fahren nur selten Autos. Zum Strand sind nur ca. 100 - 120 Meter. Vom Speiseraum hat man eine wunderschöne Aussicht übers Meer, ist aber leider etwas zu klein.

Relaxed week away
Nice hotel in a lovely quite location. Has a pool area and plenty of sunbeds. We booked with breakfast and glad we did, lovely continental selection with freshly cooked bread too! There’s plenty to do near by, a few beachs that are a 10/15 minute walk away. Lots of lovely restaurants near by too. Rooms were cleaned everyday and aircon was very good. However, when booking I would suggest getting a sea view room as this is the only thing we felt we missed out on. Other than that, a great time away.

Der perfekte Start in den Urlaub
Wir waren auf unserer Rundreise in Kreta nur eine Nacht im dem Hotel und es war der perfekte Start in unseren Urlaub. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Hotel liegt oberhalb von einer kleinen aber sehr feinen Badebucht, die zu Fuß in 2 Minuten erreichbar ist. Unsere highlight war das Restaurant das zum Hotel gehört. Es ist auf der anderen Straßenseite des Hotels. Von dort aus hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick aufs Meer, das essen war mega lecker & es ist mit viele liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir hätten kein besseres Hotel finden können!!

A room with fab views
Lovely hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a feast of continental and greek choices. Dinner tasted great and was very generous 3 courses with some choice each night. We had an apartment with great sea views but be prepared for a lot of steps. The local mini mart had cheap beers and snacks etc to stock the fridge but the on-site bar and yamas restaurant are fab. We liked the quiet pool area and local rocky beach is good for snorkelling. However a 15 min walk (its hilly) to the main stretch of beach is worth it for the sand and fab restaurants. The local beers and wine is very drinkable. A good location and clean, friendly hotel. The beds are a bit hard for me but that’s me being picky. Happy holidays.

Beautiful, friendly and lovely place to stay
We really enjoyed our stay at Eva mare, beautiful hotel, almost boutique like, with stunning views. Nice quiet area with agia Pelagius only a ten minute walk away with a variety of shops, restaurants and bars. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful and rooms and hotel in general were very clean. Breakfast buffet was varied and food was really nice and restaurant menu was expansive and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend staying here if your looking for a nice relaxing holiday

Déception totale
L'ensemble du personnel exécutant très professionnel et à l'écoute contrairement aux patrons/gérants qui nous ont fait comprendre que les Français avaient l'hôtel HELIADES à leur disposition un peu plus haut. De plus un changement de chambre au bout de 4 jours car à notre arrivée, notre chambre n'était pas disponible. Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une chambre pour 2 dans laquelle un lit pliant a été rajouté pour notre fille au dernier moment alors que nous avions réservé une chambre pour 3. On peut également noter une mauvaise isolation phonique des chambres. Aucune compassion ni attention envers les clients de l'hôtel de la part des patrons/gérants. De nombreux problèmes de sécurités répertoriés: eau qui coule dans les marches ayant provoqué des chutes de certains clients, échelle de la piscine qui a blessé un enfant, ... Bref, déception totale.

This hotel is a work in progress in my opinion. The customer experience in the Yammas All Day restaurant is the highlight for me as the staff cant do enough for you and the ambiance is great. Cleaning was good and the staff on this were helpful also.Should be clear that i went out of high season which makes my expectation a bit lower to be fair, overall i would recommend this hotel as the vibes are good

Nous avons passé une nuit. Nous regrettons les odeurs de canalisations trop présentes à l extérieur des chambres et l'obsolescence des équipements de la salle d eau. L effort a été porté sur la décoration.

За 12 дней на острове пожили в 5 отелях. С чем сравнить есть. Отель весьма уютный, номер с видом на море понравился очень (просторный, стильный, чистый, оснащенный). У отеля свой ресторан - где всячески пытаются все делать "лакшери", но выходит просто "нормально". - Вам подадут свежеиспеченный хлеб и наивкуснейшее масло, пока Вы ожидаете заказ, но не забудут это включить в счет. Никого не смущают грязные скатерти, не до конца отмытая посуда, или жуки, живущие в хлопьях, что предлагается на завтрак. Но, кухня (аля карт именно) - превосходная. Едва ли наверное не лучшая,что удалось где либо там попробовать. У отеля два здания. У нас был номер во втором, который не имеет выхода к бассейну. Вайфай во втором здании не ловит. В воскресенье номер не убирают. Что же об основном здании - очень приятные уютные номера. Бассейн маленький (метра 4 на 10). Пляж горизонтально близко, вертикально - далеко. То есть спускаться к нему надо прилично. Пляж галька, яблоку негде упасть, лежаки платные. На пляже бар. В 20 минутах ходьбы по горам - город Пелагея, там городской пляж, привозной песок. Узкий. Такой жести по количеству желающих пристроить свой зад чуть ли не тебе на голову я не встречал нигде на острове. Если интересует просто отель - можно хорошо провести время. Если насладиться морем - нет. Езжайте в Малию, Ретимно - широченные песчаные пляжи, масса ОЧЕНЬ уютных отелей с шикарным обслуживанием.

La mia prenotazione per questo hotel era molto complicata per alcuni problemi di organizzazione personali, ma lo staff ha saputo gestire il tutto con molta professionalità. La nostra prenotazione era di 7 notti a mezzapensione di 3 camere doppie, una tripla e una singola. L'orario d'arrivo era previsto al limite della chiusura del check-in, ma per problemi di volo siamo arrivati addirittura un'ora dopo. Nonostante questo però abbiamo trovato il proprietario ad aspettarci, pronto a registrarci e a mostrarci le camere. A quanto pare una delle camere doppie prenotate presentava un problema e non poteva essere occupata, ma ci è stata subito sostituita con un appartamento molto più bello e sicuramente più costoso di quello prenotato! Il contesto in cui è inserito l'hotel è bellissimo. Il panorama stupendo e l'acqua del mare è cristallina. La spiaggia più vicina è fatta di sassolini e un ombrellone con 2 sdraio costa 7 euro. Consiglio di essere muniti di automobile propria o a noleggio (meglio se 4x4) poiché muoversi non è facile viste le strade strette, curve e ripide. Uniche due pecche del soggiorno sono state i camerieri che, molto giovani, erano anche un po' scortesi. Mi sento un po' di scusarli però visto che eravamo un gruppo di 10 persone italiane con i nostri difetti che tutti conoscono. L'ultima pecca sono le cene comprese: il cibo offerto non è molto, c'è poca scelta di menù e la qualità non è affatto alta come per il menù à la carte del loro stesso ristorante.

Very happy with our stay
We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel and based on our experience, we would recommend it. We travelled with 2 small children (1yr & 3yr old), which was made easier by having booking the exec room in the hotel. I saw a few of the smaller rooms, but was glad to learn that Marios & Irene had assisted us with getting the best room to accommodate our small family. The Exec room was located in the main building on the top floor with a small kitchenette (fridge, sink for preparation of food / bottles for our children), and whilst the children slept in the living room, it didn't impact our ability to enjoy the accommodation as the room had a balcony that was also accessible from the bedroom. The onsite restaurant was fantastic and we also ventured into town for a few meals - of which our recommendation is Home restaurant along the beach front of Ag. Pelagia (walkable but also a 2min drive). One point to note - before arrival, I did contact Marios & confirmed arrival times, room details etc. which I believe made for such a wonderful & memorable trip for us as a family. I hope we get to go back there again some time next year!!

Positiv: Das Hotelteam/Personal war sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Im grossen und ganzen in Ordnung...ABER.. Negativ: Leider war das Buffet durchschnittlich, und der Kaffee war mit einem guten griechischen Kaffee nicht vergleichbar. Dazu hinkommt das eine richtige Kaffemaschine in der Bar (auf der anderen Strassenseite) vorhanden war, aber nur ab 11 Uhr geöffnet war. Anderes Obst wie Nektarinen, Bananen, etc. wäre vorteilhaft. Das Zimmer war bequem, wurde aber nicht jeden Tag gereinigt, was man von einem 4 Stern Hotel erwarten kann. Das Klo wurde nicht richtig gereinigt, und die Handtuchstange war schief wodurch das Handtuch immer am Boden landete. Wenn man das Hotel schon bucht dann eher nur Unterkunft - ich würde von Frühstück, Halb- oder Vollpension eher abraten.

Hôtel très accueillant, proche de la plage
Un hotel de taille raisonnable qui n'est pas un hotel club, peu de monde la semaine pendant laquelle nous y étions, ce qui est appréciable. Au calme car sur les hauteurs d'Agia Pelagia, à environ 15 minutes à pied et avec une petite plage tout à côté. Très belle vue. Un personnel discret et d'une grande gentillesse. Nous avons eu l'agreable surprise de trouver des cadeaux quelques jours après notre arrivée : raki, raisins de corinthe, bougies pour les fêtes de Pâques orthodoxe. Délicate attention.
