Fantastic view
Spacious apartment, two bathrooms, three AC:s, two TV. Walking distance to the nice beach, to town and the swimmingpool next doors. Good cleaning, good service. Perfect for our family of five.

This place was perfect. So friendly and helpful all the time. And the location is also really Nice. Close to the city, the beach and the bus stop of you wanna go to other beaches. Clean and beautiful homes. Thank you!

Fantastisk utsikt och läge med nära till det mesta
De första nätterna var tyvärr dubbelbokade men ägaren Stavros ordnade ett alternativt boende som var fantastiskt bra. För övrigt kan jag bara säga inget att klaga på! Bra standard, sköna sängar luftkonditionering och TV i alla rum. En fantastiskt bra service att bli hämtad och skjutsad till flyget av ägaren själv.

Prisvärt, trevlig och hjälpsam ägare, luktade fukt på rummet, kan va för att det var i början på säsongen, försvann när man vädrade. Fin utsikt från de övre lägenheterna.

Fint hotell på promenadavstånd från stranden
Väldigt bra mottagande av ägaren som hämtade oss med bil vid färjan och utöver att han var pratglad så visade han oss bra vägar ner till stan och stranden från hotellet. Vi bodde högst upp i området och utsikten över bukten var fantastisk.

Bra hotell som ligger ca 5 min från stranden, knappa 5 min från busshållplats 5 och 10 min från stan. Skönt att kunna gå in och äta på kvällen för dagtid vill man gärna åka till olika stränder med buss eller bil och vill man bada nära så kan man det. Parkering finns vid hotellet.

This hotel is located on a mountain it says parking available but you need a 4x4 to get up to it. Everything is old in the room, the blankets smelled mildew and a walk to the street. Nice balcony

We acknowledge receipt of your review which we really cannot understand as for our property, such kind of comments are ‘first time mentioned’. We are proud to have 9,6 out of 10 of the reviews of our happy guests and we do not accept your impressions. The size of your bathroom was a normal one and no and never any broken sink! . You write that it was frustrating, but we don't understand you. ....You write anonymously which we do not appreciate it...?! Refferring for the light, it is an eco-light as we are an eco friendly resort with ecological mentality...(this type of light is lower than normal during the first few seconds).

Very nice area, studios and staff
Our stay was for 4 nights at the end of the season 22-26 sept. We were expecting a better view from the balcony, but it wasn't a problem. Our studio was at the first floor. It was superior for 4 persons even we were 2 and have booked standard. Stavros is very kind and assist us for all we need just with one cal - thanks for everything Stavros. The studio is spacious, has a small kitchenette with a small cooker, kettle, toast and a swarts coffee machine. It is cleaned everyday. It is close walkable distance to the town - 1 km to the pedestrian zone and more 600 m to the port. I definitely recommend the place and we would stay again there for sure.

Our 2nd stay here - and we will be back for sure!
Stavros is so helpful, he contacted us the day before our arrival and asked for our flight details so he could collect us from the airport and was there waiting for us when we arrived. It’s our 2nd time to the eye q resort and we will go back for sure. Stavros gave us a lift into skiathos town to sort out car hire during our stay, and dropped us back at the airport when we left. The apartments are cleaned daily and the staff at eye q are so friendly. The location is peaceful and the views amazing but close enough to a lovely beach and skiathos town easily walkable. Would recommend eye q to all my friends !,

Residence con panorama eccellente
Siamo appena rientrati da una settimana trascorsa in questo residence confortevole, panoramico ed immerso nel verde. In pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge la spiaggia di megali ammos pieno di taverne con terrazze sul mare e la strada dove passano i bus che portano alle numerose spiagge. Il proprietario è molto disponibile e cordiale.

Flott beliggenhet
Ble hentet på flyplassen. Leilighet var meget fin og ren. Renhold hver dag, nye håndklær og div såpe ved behov. Meget god seng med fint sengetøy. Fin beliggenhet, kort vei til strand, supermarked og 15 min spasertur inn til Skiathos town👍. Eieren, Stavros er meget serviceminded. Selv om flyet mitt gikk kl 2100 om kvelden, fikk jeg ha leiligheten til kl 1900. Kommer tilbake!

Good studio in 'countryside' near beach
Stavros met us unexpectedly at the airport which was welcoming. Room was cleaned every day and we were left to sleep late (I was travellling with my teenage granddaughter). Loved the balcony overlooking the sea. We had a studio upgrade so each had a double bed.

Kurze Wege
Wir hatten ein schönes Appartements mit tollem Meerblick, Terassenfrühstück war also Pflicht. Strand, Stadt und Supermarkt waren super zu erreichen. Stavros ist ein lieber und netter Vermieter, er hat sich sehr nett um uns gekümmert. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Stunning view from the balcony
This small complex ticks a lot of boxes. It is a ten minute walk to the beach and a twenty minute walk into town. The view from all the apartment balconies is spectacular. Well worth the walk up the short sharp hillside to get to the apartments. The cleanliness is very good, the cleaner comes in every day. The free wi-fi is also very good. The big screen TV and the satellite channels appears to be be a good asset until you realise that you can't get any English speaking channels, apart from China News and France News both spoken in English. Great little complex though, with a host who will do anything for you, including providing free transport to and from the airport.

Friendly staff & convent loation to port & airport
We loved our stay at Eye Q because the staff made sure we had everything we needed to make our overnight stay comfortable. In the morning, we walked a short distance to the beach & had breakfast in a lovely coffee shop. Then, we rented a scooter at a business just down the drive from Eye Q, & took the rest of the day to explore a couple of beaches recommended by the staff. Finally, the hotel owner took us to catch our ferry to the next location on our journey!

Beautiful view from the hillside location
I had a great view from the terrasse of the 70 sq meter Apartment.Walking to town for evening dinners takes 10-15 minutes and is great exercise. Stavros picked me up at airport and arranges everything, giving appropriate advises for your stay etc. The full Kitchen allows you of your own Cooking if you should like so. I would definately chose this location on my next trip to Skiathos, same Apartment as well. Wifi somewhat unstable, but it was always fixed by calling Stavros and resetting the router.

Meget hjelpsom betjening. Byttet til større rom uten problemer. Flott beliggenhet med nærhet til butikk og strand. Lite skjedde på selve hotellet. Greit for de av oss som foretrekker det litt rolig.

"Skuffende opplevelse"
Hotellet lå ikke nær stranden slik det var opplyst på forhånd, men langt oppe i en bratt skråning. Fikk tildelt et rom som lå nederst i hotellkomplekset. Terrasseplassen var helt uten sol fra kl. 10.00 på morgenen. Rommet var mørkt, badet enda værre og det var en merkelig jordlukt inne. Trist! Ba om å få bytte rom, men fikk til svar at det ikke fantes. En sur holdning fra vertsskapet istedet. Hotelloppholdet ble derfor svært kortvarig. Måtte finne nytt bosted for ikke å få ødelagt hele ferien.

Ein super Urlaub!!!!
Sehr schöne Anlage, etwas abseits vom Trubel, aber trotzdem ist der Strand und die Stadt gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist super nett und kümmert sich hervorragend um seine Gäste. War ein toller Aufenthalt, wir haben uns gut erholt.

A nice hotel
Whilst the facilities aren't going to blow you away the room was clean and the owner and staff were very helpfully and pleasant; the most important things for myself. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

Excellent service!
This was just a pit stop for us, 1 night, on our way to Skiathos. The absolute best thing with our stay was the beautiful view and the very friendly hospitality by the owner Stavros. The resort was also near to the beach and nice tavernas.

Worth a return.
From the pick-up at the ferry to the final goodbye, this was a great experience. Room was spacious with safe and fridge. A library, BBQ, gym, sauna and spa were all available. Owner and staff (Clara) made our stay enjoyable. A short walk to the bus station and the supermarket and some fifteen minutes to downtown. Large choice of restaurants and things to do. Highly recommend this hotel.
