The hot tub for sunset views and location great however staff cleaning my balcony and hot tub when still trying to enjoy property in morning including washing balcony above resulting in me and my breakfast getting wet and no apology just laughed. Porter service good for transfers but keen to arrange times which suited them rather than me

到着時に待ち合わせ場所で会えないというトラブルはあったが、その後埋め合わせとしてさまざまなサービスをしてくれた。施設は値段の割には他のホテルと比べてかなり広々としていて、ベランダで家族４人横になってゆっくりと景色を楽しむことができた。１人１リットルの水がついており、キッチンの設備も申し分ない。場所は中心地から階段である程度下ったところにあり、少し疲れる。受付がないため問い合わせは部屋備え付けの携帯を使うことになる。英語が話せるならおすすめのホテルである。

Overpriced for average accomodation, dissapointed!
Pros * Beautiful View from room and private balcony Cons * overpriced for an average, old, worn down apartment. * bathroom had a brolen shower, very small and with no fan. * bed was uncomfortable * They claimed wifi worked, most of the times we had no wifi connection. * No option of ordering breakfast or going to the bar. Look elsewhere for a better apartment with more facilities and for less cost!

Amazing views
Golden Grey goose hotel is amazing. The view is to die for. If you don’t mind walking up quit a bit of steps I would recommend the lower unit as it is more secluded and very private. The lower room has 2 levels and 2 balcony’s it is quit large. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Hotel, Amazing View
This hotel is in a wonderful location, and has some amazing views. The sunsets are breathtaking, we just sat on our terrace with a glass of wine and watch them. Also Olga, the hotel manager is great, very friendly and helpful. If at all possible I will definitely stay here again. It was great!

Первый раз на Санторини и поэтому решили не экономить на отеле. На контакте с нами была русская девочка Оля, большое ей спасибо за оперативность и дружелюбность в общении. Нас встретили в порту и на машине впереди всех автобусов доставили в город. Расположение отеля просто супер, в самом центре знаменитых "открыточных" видов. Номер большой и удобный. Ну а вид с балкончика просто сказочный. Под бутылочку местного вина созерцание заката запомнится надолго. Настоятельно рекомендуем. Оно того стоит. Ну и конечно не стоит приезжать на Санторини на один день, это будет просто галопом. Мы были два дня, но лучше конечно дня 3-4, как и в Венеции. Нужно вечером погулять по улочкам и утром неспешно позавтракать на балконе любуясь видами на море.

Mid level amenities - but good value for Santorini
You go to Santorini for the views. They've got that covered. You can watch sunset from your terrace while enjoying a glass of wine. There are also hundreds of steps on the caldera (it is after all literally a cliff) and the staff carried our luggage on arrival and departure up/down all of them. Olga greeted us and was a delight. She also gave us a local phone so we could contact her for free. It also came in handy for calling taxis when we needed to. The room itself was large - 2 bedrooms large , but only had 1 bed in it for some reason. The rooms are a little bare. You have what you need but nothing extra. For example there's a living room with two chairs instead of a sofa like you might expect. There's wifi - but it only works on 1 level likely because of the cave-like construction of buildings there. There's tv - but no english ...oddly Russian channels were though. So all that to say - it wasn't bad. It wasn't great either. I'm a traveler that spends very little time in the room, so having the basics was fine for us. If you want to lounge in the room for hours a day - I'd suggest going elsewhere and being prepared to spend about twice as much for creature comforts.

From the time we landed until the time we departed, it was a first class stay. Olga and her husband did a fantastic job accommodating us and getting our luggage ready. We arrived early and they had the room ready as soon as the others departed. The room is huge and the view breathtaking! I would recommend this to anyone who wants a great spacious place with a fantastic view! Thank you to Olga and staff for a feat stay!

Beautiful view!!!
Nice hotel with a great view. The rooms were clean and very big. The hotel offers free pick up and drop off at the airport which is a plus. Olga and her husband were nice. He helped us carry our luggage down the many steps. Be prepare for an excerise as there is lots of steps to the hotel which to us cancels out for the nice view and giantnormous hotel room.

Olga真的很棒，为我们安排了好了一切。 我们是早上6点的班机，Olga和她的团队已在机场等候我们，并且安排了一间房间供我们休息，而且还详细介绍了整个费拉和伊亚，为我们的出行提供的支持，并提供了手机可以直接联系到她因为她不和我们住在一起。 房间很大，有客厅，厨房，浴室，装修很漂亮，景色也很棒，正对着火山，坐着或躺着露台上就能看到美丽的日落。 唯一的美中不足就是床是2张单人床合在一起的，被子也是2张当人被子。

Hotel with excellent views of Caldera
Golden Grey Goose was the perfect hotel for our stay in Santorini, from the location, to how helpful the staff was, to the room. The best of all was Mina, the owner of the hotel. She came and picked us up personally from the port when we arrived and also dropped us off at the end of our stay. She makes it a very personal connection. Because of her hospitality it didnt feel like a 'hotel' at all. She even upgraded us to the penthouse free of charge just b/c of our shower situation in our original room. I would most definitely recommend (and already have) the golden grey goose to all of my friends and family.

Mamma Mia Fantasy apartment
Stay here if you want to experience a fantasy version of santorini with a cliffside apartment, one of four on the hillside. Private huge balcony overlooking caldera. Great service from Nina who picked us up at the airport and left us a phone to call her if there were problems. We did call when the huge umbrella was broken and she sent the cute guy to fix it right away. There was a huge kitchen and nice tub too. Downsides are tons of stairs. I mean tons. Also you're facing west and son gets intense. I could have used a pool! Finally there are plumbing issues with this very old building. I took a bath and flooded the bathroom. So let water out slowly so the drain won't back up! Or maybe they'll fix it. Also. Bring and water down on your first trip so you can relax. The tap water isn't safe on the Island and the two free bottles were quickly gone

Hotel is all new/refurbished,
Amazing views, super clean, extremely friendly staff, free airport transfer. For the price and what you get, i dont think you can get better in Santorini. Thank you for making our stay pleasant.
