We arrived to Rhodes Airport on the 14th Sept, 2022 but no one came to collect, we called The Grande Della Rose Hotel- explained our situation to a very angry man at reception, who said there was nothing in their system, and there was no such booking, when we had paid for 7nts stay with breakfast, it said transfers was included with the price!
We think the problem was to do with Customers Support- where we sent an email stating, the Time and the date of arrival but for some reason, Hotel Grande Della Rose did not receive it...had tried to contact Hotel 4 times via Telephone but was not able to get through.
We paid for taxi to this Hotel...taken to our room..some time later, we was given a Bottle of Sparkling Wine and 2 Bowls of Fruit; and a 3 course Meal, for the inconvenience that had occurred.
To be fair and honest, we found All the Staff at this Hotel very pleasant and helpfull and went out of their way to make our Holiday stay, comfortable and pleasant.
